    One of the best ways to build sophisticated vocabulary is to listen to radio talk show hosts, who have studied history, politics, or law. When you hear interesting quips or a turn of a phrase, or a very precisely placed vocabulary word, jot it down on index cards and then restudy them. Only listen to commentators that are extremely articulate and intelligent and it will rub off on you.

    As a non native English speaker, I find your speeches so clear. Native speakers should attend your lessons, I consider your way of talking international, understandable and communicative😀! As for this lesson, I'm glad to use Latin and Italian words: considerare, suggerire, presumere!

    This more graceful word usage concept reminds me of the difference between a digital watch and a gold watch with hands. They may be saying the same thing. However, one is much more elegant and polished than the other.

    • @kararonin
      @kararonin  2 года назад +2

      That's a great comparison, Robert! I have both types of watches and wear the one with hands when I want to appear more elegant. So you're very right about that!

    I thought this was for people that speak English to improve their vernacular, but this is for the turd world and the entire world that's trying to learn English. I miss the days that the whole world wasn't trying to learn English and there could be videos geared to native English speakers. This is quite depressing.
