    我用左5個月减左差不多20磅,早餐,午餐可吃多一些,晚餐不吃澱粉,蔬菜,少量肉,蛋白質吸引最重要,一定不可挨餓,吃原型食物,加工食物盡量不吃,甜品少吃,減少糖份吸收。

    Thanks a lot. That is exactly what my health coach/trainer said. I am 68 years old female, a bit overweight and lost a lot of muscles. He said it will take one year to reverse this. After a couple of months of careful healthy diets and exercises, I see my muscles increased.

      人體運作系統復雜, 每個人生活型態不同 ,累積造成的問題也不同。
      幾十分鐘片 要有基礎 先聽得明喀

      其實很簡單,不要只是減肥不吃食物,一定要增加肌肉訓練,多吃有益蛋白質。不要亂咁斷食,反而要食得醒目。

    吃東西是習慣問題
    改變吃營養的食物,久了就習慣了
    我認識蠻多長者都有便秘的問題

      對的,有很多問題另外中醫上樹,因為長者氣唔夠,也會出現便秘

    年紀大減肥 太瘦面凹陷反而顯老 皺皮,還是順其自然 開心生活好過,每食一樣野都要計算會很累很辛苦

      當然啦,只要活得開心,但有時喜歡的嘢可以食少少,不要過量!多做運動多啲活動

      脊醫不是醫生...只是鬼佬跌打
      所謂Dr 只是學位上的稱呼, 他們這行經常都用呢個手法令大家誤會他們是醫生。就好像過去八九十年代,拿個菲律賓什麼野雞大學哎呀博士學位,用英文自稱Dr混淆視聽。
