Michael Clarke Duncan is my favorite interpretation of Kingpin because he matches that Body type exactly as described in the comics. With the Suit on Duncan already looks big,but once he takes the jacket off you can tell he is a Tank of Muscle.

Normally, you make a villain intimidating by showing him kill someone. In season 3, they make Kingpin intimidating by showing him sparing someone's life, showing he now can control his emotions and has lost his main weak point.
Actually this whole thing was stage by Fisk to fool the FBI that he wasn't safe in prison and that he was a "change man". So they will move him to the Hotel. He still has that emotional weakness. It shown when Karen was going to make Fisk attack her in front of the FBI agents by admitting she was the one who k*lled his best friend Wesley. It only didn't happen because Foggy came in just time to give the FBI an excuse to carry Fisk away. Good thing too because at the time Karen didn't know the FBI were on Fisk's payroll at the time. Meaning if Foggy didn't show up the FBI would have let Fisk k*ll her brutally. Foggy was a high profile person running for DA, who made it pubic knowledge he was visiting the Hotel to see Fisk. If he and Karen (high known newspaper journalist) both "dispear" at the same time at the same location under FBI watch. That would 100% bring in more Feds to look into. Which would ruin if not expose Fisk operation.

The 10% where Walker would have to go on trial would be politically motivated and even their the made a mistake since the punishments he gets would not be given without a prison sentence.
