Nate I do the same thing when my husband heads to work. I always pray for God to keep him safe. Here’s an idea. Comfort in your faith and how society looks at disciples of Christ. My goal everyday is to be a better Disciple of Christ. I see people’s discomfort in this.
You guys have made such a difference in my perspective and given me a better perspective of marriage and a hope for what it can look like. It might not be so big of a deal for you, but for me I never had an example of a godly, loving marriage. For a teen growing up I was confused why my parents fought constantly and why my dad left us. The idea of two parents loving each other and working through problems is a foreign concept. Seeing the way you guys talk to each other and how Sutton looks at you and the way you look at Sutton. It gives me hope for a healthy relationship through Jesus. It’s a blessing for me and I’m glad you’re making these videos.

Here are a 2 rules my husband and I have used for 18 years and they work . 1 never argue around your children we would go to our bedroom and talk quietly also wait until kids are asleep ,.2 you are right to talk about feelings but take it one step further and hold each others hands and look n there eyes as you share your heart. . When would you draw a line too say your career (not just a position within a which can change , but more than that ...a career description isnt serving your Christian faith or the inspiration /growth of Christian faith around you in others , and that you should look at a fresh start with something different ( more than necessarily just somewhere different) ?? Im feeling the need in exercising some thought and guaging my own career success against the success of my Christian growth too scrutinise if they are really working together too compliment each other or instead are they really working against each other ? ........even despite me maybe enjoying my career
