Jordan probably doesn't know he dances either. SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER will probably make his head explode. John Travolto, who was comming off a hit show, and quite TV to be a movie star - had 3 iconic films in a row - Grease, Saturday Night Fever, and Urban Cowboy - which all sparked huge trends, and music. Prior to GREASE - the musical film was dead, and he along with Olivia Newton John brought it back to life.

At one time he owned a retired QANTAS Boeing 707 airliner, which he recently (June 2019) donated to the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society at Albion Park Rail, just south of Sydney...he kept the plane in its original livery and was granted a special permit to be able to fly the aircraft to the location... apparently he has had a particular love of most things Australian since meeting our Livie (often referred to as Olivia Nutron-Bomb, a nickname that was given to her by a very enthusiastic radio DJ back before she started doing movies) and also Robert Stigwood who put this movie together. Stigwood was also involved with Saturday Night Fever, which J.T. starred in...

Then we found out he could dance in Saturday Night Fever to the BeeGees music. Then we found out he could sing when Grease came out! John Travolta was singing long before Grease. He started out on stage in musicals, including a road company production of Grease in the early '70s. Then came sitcom stardom on Welcome Back. Kotter in 1975. And while doing that series he had a hit record about a year later (Let Her In), becominga recording artist. About a year after that, he had his first hit movie with Saturday Night Fever in 1977, where he showed off his dancing skills. Then that led to Grease in 1978, and by that point he was such a tremendous movie star that he had to quit Welcome Back, Kotter.
