    Loved the ab work-out. One suggestion you have a "beep sound" when switching sides, I get so focused I don't realized you've switched sides. Thank you

    I really do enjoy your videos where you are able to do the entire workout with us rather than show us a move to repeat 12 times in 3 rounds.... I lose track so I appreciate this!

    Annie, I love all your workouts, but this one especially appealed to me bc I detest doing ab work on the floor. Yay for the standing crunches! I'll be doing this one a lot. I love that your workouts are short but still give an intense workout. Thank you!

    Hi Annie, I'm so glad I've found a standing up one. I have some limitations of movement and I couldn't really manage the ones where you have to get down on the floor. I haven't tried this yet, but I will do. I love your arm workouts too - I'm hoping to see a new me by the summer! Thanks again :)

      @@AnnieTaylorMurtagh Well, I had a go at this. Some of my moves weren't exactly the same as yours, but I guess something is better than nothing! I've been doing your arm workouts. I'm desperate to get rid of my batwings, and I've just found one specifically for that, so I've added it to my workout list. Thanks for posting these, its so much easier to do exercises at home

    I like the videos where you are talking throughout with light music much better cause I can look in the mirror and hear the cue of the next move rather than having to turn my head and check the laptop to see when you change moves.

    I’ve now formulated myself a six week rotation based primarily on your workouts!! I love them. I was wondering if you’d consider doing a workout that targets bra strap back fat? I’d love that. Thank you Annie 💕

      This is a good one that targets the center of your back. I'll try to come up with some other moves, but I love this because it really gets those lateral muscles
