Hi Annie, I'm so glad I've found a standing up one. I have some limitations of movement and I couldn't really manage the ones where you have to get down on the floor. I haven't tried this yet, but I will do. I love your arm workouts too - I'm hoping to see a new me by the summer! Thanks again :)
@@AnnieTaylorMurtagh Well, I had a go at this. Some of my moves weren't exactly the same as yours, but I guess something is better than nothing! I've been doing your arm workouts. I'm desperate to get rid of my batwings, and I've just found one specifically for that, so I've added it to my workout list. Thanks for posting these, its so much easier to do exercises at home

I like the videos where you are talking throughout with light music much better cause I can look in the mirror and hear the cue of the next move rather than having to turn my head and check the laptop to see when you change moves.
