Ahaaaa, I read the misleading title and assumed your Brain Scorcher run was going to go badly, perhaps killing you twice and ending this series...very cheeki Monsieur Le Breeki, very cheeki indeed.
Let’s pick it up quickly, it’s fine.. famous last words 😅
Sorry but I don't think you're ever going to complete Invictus.. taking artes off while in Radar and letting rads take your hp that far down at the same time, not to mention leaving body part hp off max
I'm still curious as of why you don't take the cheeky red forest to radar route ? You can get a decent position with more cover if you can sneak in the camp (perhaps better than the radioactive wasteland that's the road climbing up).
Also I was surprised that you prepared radioprotectants ! I recall your run on your military "invictus" and it made me laugh. In any case don't forget to stack and use more of them next time !
I personally pack up a ramp at the end of the case to not carry all of the good loot in one run.
Whats this npc aim hotfix he talks about? In my game npcs just burst fire me dead from ranges where I have to use sniper rifle. I thought this was desing feature. 😂
No way would I go off the road in there for a stash in an invictus run, there are just way too many mutant spawns and there is always the chance of it going pear shaped. Hell even in softcore half the time I wander in, die, reload and go "fuck it, it's just not worth it".
Truly heartbreaking at least it wasn't one of those really bullshits deaths that can happen, those are always the worst ones
A grenade launcher could have saved you from those chimeras, at least it could kill the weaker one so you wouldnt have to fight two of them. This is why i always use a weapon with an underbarrel mount. Grenade launchers are the best against chimeras.
I don't know if you know this already, but Invictus has no restrictions on fast travel... it may feel a little cheap, but hey - so is half the shit the game throws at you tbh.
"Mercenaries are a piece of cake now"
1. Get a SKS/K98 within day 1 or 2
2. Done
xD
Thats why as much as I'm a lootgoblin I dont go for every white stash if I dont need to, especially when I hear loud growl from that direction.
reading the title and seeing how cursed the way into Radar was.... I would've just went back and hid for next 3-4 months
Also: 47:58 PHRASING
I laughed at that HAHA
You rock man. Great stuff. Great ending.
Lost to the Zone...
Thank you for the series !!
Wait, every time i do X-19 the enemies spawn after i disable the Brain Scorcher, did i miss something you did, or am i insane
Daamn, this strategy is freacking good, man, so gratefully that there is your vids
Just praised the artifacts, then removed them... I don't know you might want to glue those on now!
the moment you dissasemble galil with green barrel my hearth stopped......
worst felling in this game; surprise chimera pack runnin at you with with heavy weight in your back.
m203 grenade launcher need those place, and a high magsize 5.56
It's my brain going into 'auto-loot fiddlefuck' mode that always gets me killed too!
bro i had the same situation, had really good gear, good weapons and armour but i got wiped out by 3 boars....debating whether or not to continue the run
Death of a lootgoblin in nutshell :) Get greedy on radar ->Death...
Hardcore AI aim is off by default now right? I updated and saw it turned off
