@@jonzo22 not worth it from a strictly performance aspect, sure. but when you look at it from the lens of an era of NA lightweight performance that will never be able to be produced again and the experience that it offers, id say the value is there.

That CR-X must be loved judging by how good condition it is even after 770k km. It's always great to see old cars driven and taken care of.
Road condition in Japan is among the best in the world.
Makes me really apprecaite my JDM EG6, thanks for driving and sharing these cars.

EG6, this design was EPIC! My first car was EG.
The female host singing "COSMO OIL" together with DK was a cute moment.
Honda screaming engines was the cool Honda. Wish they would go back to their roots and give us the true NSX type R minus the electric motors, RWD and the engine of the HSV-010 as the last hurrah for the ICE.

I love these types of vintage videos. I learn so much about this golden era of Japanese cars.
90s Hondas were the king of the small car class since in the 80s. Small, rwd cars were the king like the ae86, Silvia S12, AW11 MR2 were dominating the small car category because they are fun, rwd and fast. The 90s was when Honda dominated these cars in its category with their cars even though they were an FF.

Nothing like this era of Honda's, I have an EG8 Sedan thats turbo'd, an EF7 CRX and an RB1 Odyssey i use as a work van.
Once its in your blood theres no other Cars worth owning

So many mysteries have been solved for me by Mr. Tsuchiya in this, but specifically...... A) Why Honda raced Accords in BTCC. B) Why I've owned 2 '94 Accord coupes (US Spec), and always raved about their handling to my fiends. Great video.

@TA I am german myself, not american! but yes i can def see the appeal for the Type Rs. I drove an integra a couple of weeks ago and it was an astonishing car

Honda was very popular with all of those here in Austria back then, but later I think it became less interested in the European market and more in the US (and obviously Japan). The same happened with Toyota. Mazda who is too small to simply give up markets did not and now is the best selling Japanese car maker here (yes, Mazda)...
