I just want to say thank you for you and Ollie for giving us such good advices! I cannot even start telling you how meaningful they are to a lot of people since it is so hard for us to look for a job at this uncertain times. I have learned a few tips of how to stand out among applicants in my college courses but they do not come close to how this series of video cover.
I really appreciate you and Ollie for doing this video! You guys are so amazing~

Can you comment on the overall work culture in Singapore, having worked in Canada? I've heard that the hours are long and hierarchy is quite real, especially in larger companies. As well, what are your thoughts on working in Singapore relative to Hong Kong? Aside from the political aspect

Great video ! One thing I disagree with is that the bar charts he mentioned on the start of the video can be helpful if your criteria is by years of experience. He may be right when he said the progress charts by percentage is not clear but if you do know how to highlight that skills in charts/bar views it is still beneficial. While I was still a recruiter back in Singapore there are some great CV's who have added data visuals like pie charts.bars, graphs that are still useful and recruiters can see your skills especially if it's technical skills or programming language. Now that I live in Canada, I've noticed in my industry (tech) there are some really creative CV's that do catch the recruiters attention.
