Purchase price range drastically depending on age of building and blocks to the beach. I think this apartment would run 90-120k USD if purchase beat up. It could be profitable in the peak seasons.
Do you really think it’s just booked 50percent? Normally a lot of bookings come very spontaneous? And it’s more than a month till February in your video. At least that’s how it is in my place in Germany. So maybe it’s much more money than we can see. Maybe it’s also on other pages listed or he has some private bookings too.

Airbnb charges the cut to the guests. There is a fee to the guest and only 3% credit-card fee to the host.
This would be $79 a night in Brazil. It also looks like a cabin inside a big ship.
