What's the approximate purchase price of the property?
Purchase price range drastically depending on age of building and blocks to the beach. I think this apartment would run 90-120k USD if purchase beat up. It could be profitable in the peak seasons.
Would the $2000 revenue all go to the host or wouldn’t Airbnb take a fat cut of that?
Airbnb charges the cut to the guests. There is a fee to the guest and only 3% credit-card fee to the host.
This would be $79 a night in Brazil. It also looks like a cabin inside a big ship.
