I would say goodbye to a contractor who makes his problems mine, but I know you can’t because that would only make the problems bigger. A disadvantage of investing in these towns is the large supply of homes. Your renovated house will have competition from €1 and other cheap houses for years to come. I would only advise people to buy these houses if they intend to live there. People like you who just take the plunge are a real inspiration. I wish you all the succes!

Just a question did you purchase the homes in your name (Mr. karl) under an italian fiscal code Or you did set up a firm in the US and it made the deal😅 having homes in the Ltd name? Both you or the Ltd must pay the "1% council tax" Imu and the garbage collection tax.

@aabeen1 agree with all you say. The only difference with this home is that it's in a tourist town but the 1 euro is totally agree.
