I've been training assisted chest to bar pull ups to make myself stronger at that point but still no luck doing it with BW....
same. after six months i can do 3 to chest on first set and then im done. with the heavy band I'm at 10 good reps.

Was 220 havent been to a gym in 10 years had to use a little jump just to get to chin. Used to do about 20 or more pullups before cant remember exact. Lost 40lbs recently. I can do about 5 now. Once I get to 10 Im going to try to do some like these
