Yeh mate sometimes is more harder to catch a livebait than pike 😅 you should try mate 👍 when you hear the float pop and disappear is really worth 👍 🎣
That's why I rarely bother these day's. I used to find that if I could catch live baits then the pike weren't feeding.

Hi mate not many people love to fish with live bait 🎣 I don't wish with lives that often but sometimes i like 1 or 2 times in a season to give it a go , but my most favorite method now is fly fishing 🎣 👌

Do u have a float stopper on ur line?
@PaddyByrne931 is up to you,but I'm using a toothpick to stop the line in a float

Thank you mate 👊🎣 perch was about 10cm. But you can use and smaller, my self I can't go bigger than 10- 12 cm. Perch. Float can be any just must be big enough to keep fish away from bottom snags. Tight lines mate 👊🎣

Work better and are safer than trebles.

No mate I use circle hooks only for fly fishing 👌 I don't fish werry often with live bait, thanks for offering 👍🎣
how do you keep live bait alive for longer in that bucket?
Do the water change every 15 mins and it will stay alive all day long mate 👍🎣

It's easier to catch pike on live baiting yep , but I'm not in favour of it but that's just my opinion .Enjoy you're content keep it up

I see fishing down that end is still good I know someone had a 20lb out a few weeks back but you know the old story the fish was this big and really it was 5lb 🤣🤣🤣
