Well done show, as always! This particular house has some good aspects-the lighting, for example. However, the bathroom in the primary bedroom and staff quarters are a complete no, no! One should not have to walk across a potentially wet floor to access the toilet and it is always best that the shower is well enclosed.

It is beautiful Mak. It is clean. But i think it would be better if there was some kind of kasmall play ground, a field maybe where kids can go out play. I love the bedrooms, I love the fact that their sizes are not too big. Sometimes big bedrooms tend to look empty, even with beds as big as they can be. Can't wait for next Tuesday!

The rooftop slab is denied, it will leak. The deveoloper has no sense, it needs to be sealed.

For that price tag the lounge,dinning and kitchen are too small....

The finishing done by most Kenyan contractors is generally so wanting. I noted the wall on the kitchen Island was not straight, The finishing on the rooftop is atrocious. Paint spillage on unintended surfaces and generally poor workmanship. Great videos though.

Why does the house look like a prison? Barbed wire on top of the outside wall with metal frames on the windows.
For deterrence against theft. Police response in kenya is poor, and armed robbery is a reality so fortification of urban homes in certain areas is necessary
