The finishing in this house is so clean and the use of space is very efficient….I’d say the finishing is better than some million dollar houses that you’ve shown.
Especially on the wooden floor, they outdid themselves.

Willis has put forward some excellent ideas, particularly regarding the relocation of the dining area's window to the door, along with the addition of an outdoor shade. I concur with these suggestions. Moving the closet in the Servant Quarter to the opposite wall would effectively transform it into an ensuite room. Additionally, installing a window overlooking the flat roof area in the upstairs room are all simple adjustments that would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the space.
PS: Mansa, these are the house you should be chasing, not those tired huge 1M-2M USD houses whose sole purpose of construction is to clean the paper, lol.

The one thing I love about your videos, despite my misgivings about your shooting mode (that auto setting irritates a certain part of my brain), is that this is not just another guy showing us properties. Mansa is a story teller. The fact that you guys just 'lose' it and dive into conversations but at the same time not forgetting you're on assignment, is the reason I keep clicking on your videos. Another amazing tour Mansa x Willys. See, this house looks waaaay better design wise than the 340million one in Miotoni, Karen. Just multiply the size by 3 or 5 and use higher end finishes and I swear it will look amazing.

Beautiful house! My only issue is there is no bathtub in any of the bathrooms.... ai, angalao 1 of the bathrooms should have a bathtub.... for the occasional bath treat for tired professional mums

A very simple project and I love it. The house design is splendid but for 10M, I did not expect the cheap materials in the house like the doors, windows, cabinetry etc. The roofing and what we saw on the house plan is totally different. The walls too, why did they not cement all the walls. Would confidently bid for 5.5M. Hope they will change this areas on their future projects. Thanks Mansa Plus keep up the good work.

I think you are really underestimating the price of a house and price of basic finishes.
Most people don't understand how expensive construction is. + Rising land cost. There is no house for the kind of money you are talking about.

Tight Spaces. 1500SQM for approx 11M and far far away like that is not a steal. It is expensive.. Small nuggets of beautiful finishes doesn't offset the tightness of space. An initiative though; yet disparity in space, cost and locale.

Everything about this house is awesome, but i find the word "affordable" misplaced. That cost i'snt for an everage Kenyan.
I think it’s mainly based on the range of houses that we tour. And based on the interest it has generated across the board, it sure does pass as affordable to a larger number of people. Obviously not everyone.
