My friend I love to see green spaces. Like your camera quality shows how much you value your viewers. I thought we were in Texas, only to realize we still in Nairobi,Kenya. I Appreciate the Landscaping company for what they've done to that estate. I hate gray/white cabros but that one, that one is really taken good care of.

Insanely overpriced even if we take location into account... One it's a commercial house that means my neighbor has an exact copy of the house, the house has a great design but it looks so squeezed in that space.....it doesn't scream that price tag

For 1.1 million dollars it better come with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi and a forest with fruit trees.Like we grew up in Karen lol looks absolutely fantastic though love the ambience.

Love this one too with so many huge rooms, the possibilities are endless for decorating ideas! Plenty greenery and space for a pool or an outdoor dance floor for guests that comes to party! 😂

Hi Mansa good job I enjoy your videos. I live in States about to retire checking Nairobi properties. This particular house is more or less houses out here must say it's a great house. Regarding those widows gates they are a draw back and its illegal in States for safety and emergencies. Keep up your the best .

This has got to be my favorite interior spaces you have showcased. The fixtures, the woodwork, the door proportions, the framed limestone accent wall, the lattice room dividers. Bellismo! 😚This was done right. Just 1 complaint - I still hate wardrobes. I'm not a fan of storeyed homes but thumbs up to the interior design team 👍🏽.

Great show guys , good outdoors , well done house the architectural design is really unique i just wish them grills were not there and atleast a pool but the house is a masterpiece i love it.
I also wish it didn’t have grills especially because it’s in a very safe location. The house definitely needs a pool.

Huge house, liked the screens the most and that for once the interiors via’ed a bit from art decor design. I did however disagree with Mansa and Willie’s thoughts on the kitchen island. Guys, the kitchen Island is mostly used as a worktop, having sinks on them usually takes up workspace and reduces the Island’s function. What I would have changed would have been extending the counter top to allow sitting around it. I like having friends sitting with me when I am prepping food and cooking as they enjoy some of it.
That would be a good addition.
The developer went all out on space! Amazing! Another thing, whenever you direct Willys to display the ceilings, use the word tilt. Tilting is vertical (up/down) whereas panning is horizontal (left/right).

That’s because you have people using the club houses when we are filming and privacy issues come into play! Unless we find it empty, which has only been like 2 times!
My friend, just to add on something, am always looking forward to seeing the entryway of a house which Willis missed it .The entryway is very important as you are able to know the opposite side or wall to the guest closet as soon as you enter the house, as it determines whether you can place along winebar on your way to the main lounge or simply other deco items on the space. So kindly next time, put that to mind as I really needed to see the entryway.Thank you.
The space was really small, from the entrance to the guest bedroom. There wasn’t much to show! Only a small table console can fit there

At first I was worried with price of $1.1M for a house on 1/2 an acre but after watching, this is worth it. One feature you guys missed to highlight- the headroom- floor to ceiling height is impressive

Ìt gives Islam vibes with the interior design... has massive multiple spaces... and has 7 bedrooms plus a guest house. It's ideal for extended families, or family get-togethers

the only drawbacks i found with the mansion is lack of enough balconies for the bedrooms. ...and you didn't show us how the staff quarters look. it's good to mind their welfare also.but overall the house is a classic work of art.

Why always metal fences on windows everywhere in Kenya, it ruined the beauty of the house.
I think this house was meant for the Muslim population coz it has a lot of Muslim architectural design like that dark wood they have on almost everywhere is typically found in Muslim houses

Why cant Kenyan developers normalize swimming pools and closed garages in these expensive homes...so if I have some exotic car I just park it outside for the elements? Also, I think you should expand your stance bit...Maybe rename your Chanel Mania Lifestyle plus...that gives you wiggle room to show other high end stuff in kenya and Africa...including exotic cars, high end five star restaurants etc...I think you would have a lot of content and have a wide sources for revenue...just a thought
Thank you for your feedback. There are properties that offer closed garages and swimming pool, though you will find that they are priced higher than this.
As for growing the content, we will be touring our second destination (high end hotel) tour next week, so look out for that. We are already working with some car brands, so that is coming as well. Watch this space!
