i think this house works for someone with two wives, put the kids in the two basement bedrooms, then each wife has their own room in the upper floor and you stay in the master bedroom which they access appointment only

Everything in this house is very spectacular. the compound , the design and the kitchen. woow. This is definitely a landmark like the smart lavington hse and the Zanzibar one. However the wallpapers nah.. the master bedroom size I can overlook because of the Sauna , the theater and the two staff sopaces. Good work Team

Once marketed this property back in 2021 , they never let me do a tour, argument was bring a serious client and well allow them view the unit. But now that I've seen the interior I'd say for that price range, the master and kitchen could have been done better.

That is very expensive. I love the large windows and overall floor plan, but not the interior design which can obviously be changed. I noticed scuffs and stains on some of the surfaces and floors, which is also red flag. One weird thing that i really loved so much is that retaining wall. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and green but if I was spending that much I want a bigger yard and it has to be completely private. If i could afford it i would buy this as an investment property, or second home, but not as my main home. Probably suitable for wealthy expats or businessmen, high budget diplomats, tribal chiefs and of course corrupt politicians.

However, some of the design features are abit qsnable esp the huge artpieces. They feel generic. Also the finishing eg., the pantry, the acoustic finishing in the theatre etc., could be done better. The new owner might need to do abit of cosmetic work before moving in.

It’s not ghetto at all. There is a whole bridge connecting the two spaces. And you actually wouldn’t notice it if you are not keen. It’s similar to the smart house in Lavington where by the kitchen window opens to the pool. Check both and contrast.
It makes sense why these are not selling. The price is a monstrosity. The kitchen for this price is below standard. There is no dishwasher space at this price 😮? And the sink is so ordinary 😢. The laundry area is a disaster for this price. Wardrobes at this price highlighting the lack of quality being offered here. The term walk in closet does not even apply here. Putting wardrobes in a space does not make it a walk in closet. So disrespectful to use wardrobes at this price point. What i also find odd is the fact that there is an assumption that everyone wants to hang a tv. Master bedroom is a massive disappointment 😞 and why such a massive service charge without mentioning what it covers. Happy new year to you gentlemen

Many great aspects of the house (the sink cabinets, the stairs), but also many omissions and "afterthoughts" (no lifts, a non-master bedroom, and what are those pipes doing protruding in that very narrow theater room.?......).

If i bought the house i’d never put a tv in that living room, i’d put tvs in bedrooms instead plus you have a whole theatre so no need for tv in the living room. Just enjoy the views

Those wardrobes one can find almost anywhere in Nairobi, the fireplace looks like an afterthought...the brick at the bottom wasn't finished well. Beautiful structure, bogus interior.
