My fingers got cramp and then I'm back to the Magic Keyboard. Think I'm gonna try one those mechanical keyboards.They say it's very good for writer.

Great review, I've had the black version of this keyboard for about a year now that I got for a very good price from a friend, and I use it almost daily between 2 different Walmart ONN Android tablets, and my Moto G Power 2020 cell phone, and I don't mind the size, and weight as it keeps it from sliding around on my desk at work, and home, gives me a slot for my tablets/phone without having to carry a stand, and I just put it in a 2 pouch laptop sleeve with one of my tablets when I need to take it someplace like work. However I will agree the typing feel is a bit heavy which can at times lead to some missed key presses, and when I'm at either of my desk I have to use a foam keyboard wrist rest with them to get my wrist at the correct height, but it's a bonus as it gives me a wrist rest for my vertical bluetooth mouse as well. The worst part of the keyboard is the battery cover which sometimes likes to fall off when I pickup the keyboard, and the process to reset it when I get a new device, and have to repair everything else. In the end would I recommend this keyboard if you type a lot on a tablet or phone, and use them as a sudo laptop replacement? Yes I would for sure, but if want a better key switch, or if extreme portability is you goal then go with something else, as you won't be happy.
Too much sound of the keys, very bad. The biggest con of this keyboard. I do not like this, I can tell this because I just bought last week. But since I do not type daily on my tablet. I use my laptop for typing. I bought this keyboard for my wife who has tablet, and uses it ocassionaly.
I bought it in oct 2019, and mine started giving connectivity problems after 4 yrs, today Keys I,O,0,D stopped responding. i opened the case and tried cleaning but no use.
1:49 My battery cover keeps falling or getting knocked off. Too bad no usb charge. 3:00 Note Mx key and mouse battery percent show in iPad mini separately on the battery widget. Can customize keys in iPad settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch ON, or you can additionally or alternately use General > keyboards.
Hi..i just recently bought this keyboard to used with my ipad..the problem i encounter is that i cannot switch between devices. Example i paired with my ipad on profile 1, when i switch to profile 2 and pair it with my iphone, it connect with my iphone, but now l can’t switch back to my ipad. I have to forget device on my ipad and then pair it again. After doing this, it now will not paired with my iphone and the same thing i have to forget device on my iphone.. can you help me with this problem? Sorry for long explanations.
I haven’t experienced this issue before. once I pair my iPad for example to profile 1, it stays there and I can switch to the other profiles connected to my other devices. Maybe try to unpair and pair again…and if there is the code that shows during pairing process, make sure you type in the code and hit the enter key. good luck! 👍
I'm on the fence if I should order this one.. for iPad mini and iPhone. Although you had some cons (keyboard noise and travel), the Pros must have outweighed the cons. Have you ever tried the Logitech "Keys to go" Keyboard? btw your polite and sweet accent is so endearing. thanks for your careful review and sharing a bit of your world to the rest of us.
The sound of the keyboard is very irritating. I personally like silent keyboards. I don't have to hear everyone around me crushing hazelnuts on the table.
Questions: 1. How were you able to connect two Bluetooth devices (K480 + mouse) to your ipad? Is that a functionality that is only found on ipad or any Apple product or it's how Bluetooth behaves regardless of the device? I was thinking that you can only connect/pair 1 to 1 Bluetooth devices. 2. Does the K480 include a USB dongle that can be used on a Windows desktop PC that doesn't have Bluetooth?

I recently got a fire hd 10 (10 inches) and want to buy this keyboard to replace my old dying notebook and make this my newer writing portable device for projects and meetings. your review was great and complete!

I use the Benq GW2780 & I got this monitor for work mainly, so I use this too with my iPad. I connect the iPad to the monitor using the Lention usb-c hub. Checkout my other video about my setup ruclips.net/video/SppMl8S0Nro/видео.html. I don’t own a mac mini, but I guess this monitor will work too.

you can connect several bluetooth devices to the iPad. and the k480 connects by bluetooth & it does not have a usb receiver.
