- Here are some shortcuts using the Logitech K380 keyboard that I use a lot on my iPad Pro. Most of these work the same for other iPad I guess 😊
cmd+H/f4 = go to the home screen
Fn+cmd+L = to lock or turn of screen
Fn+tab = go to lock screen
Alt+space = activate spotlight search
Clear text in spotlight search = use the esc key!
Tab+C = Control Centre (you need to turn on Full Keyboard access)
Tab+N = Notification Centre (you need to turn on Full Keyboard access)
Cmd+shift+4 = screenshot & go to mark up
Cmd+shift+3 = screenshot only

The ‘full keyboard access’ setting was turned on and it irritated the hell out of me, I didn’t know what the setting was called until you pointed it out in the video. Thanks!!!
There are other shortcuts that she mentions in her comparison Logitech K380 vs Magic keyboard VDO.
F4 or F7 = home screen (easily using more than cmd+f4)
Double click F4 = App switcher

I have this keyboard since today. But I made the caps lock my globe key. This key is not only used for switching between keyboard languages it can activate Siri with Globe S or many other things. By holding it you can see the iPadOS wide commands. I use three different languages so I rely on a globe only for that feature … but iPadOS 15 brought it to another level. Regards Alex

When I am using Pages App I am unable to use space bar as pressing it is performing highlighted action. Do anyone has the same issue. What is the solution for this.
Try to check and turn off Full Keyboard Access from the Accessibility settings. Hope that fixes it for you 😉 thanks for watching and glad to hear my video helps! 😊

@@MindyC I would say it is either the Touch ID or the A14 Chip! It is so quick!
@@TA-ze9jc the touch id looks cool indeed! I can imagine the iPad Air 4 runs fast and smooth! If my iPad Air 3 works ok until now (well not that fast anymore, but still not bad) then with the new chip in the Air4 it will be really a nice experience! it will surely last you for a long time!

Helpful video. Thanks. My shortcut to screenshot is FN+Tab. I also have the Full Keyboard Access turned on.
fn+tab is my shortcut for screenshot too when I use it on a Windows pc. It’s different though when I use it with my iPad. Thanks for the tip!

You can use the audio up and down buttons on the keyboard, as well as bbrightness. Also if you go into the settings, you can change a lot of the buttons, that way you can change buttons to what they should be!

K380 keyboard has the globe key icon (which is on the insert key). Use fn+ins to show emojis!

This keyboard is low-key better than the magic keyboard… and its $30 👀. I just tried both at the store and the MK felt super cramped for me and the keys didnt feel as good as the K380. Great video!
These keyboards indeed have different feel depends on the user. I just got a feedback on my other video that she prefers the Magic Keyboard 😆 Enjoy your K380! 😉

Foe me, Fn + tab takes screenshot when I’m on my windows laptop. But goes to Lock Screen when I use the keyboard on my iPad.

I'm using K380 on iPad Air 5 and as I see, fn+tab for screenshot doesn't work for iPadOS. I'm a bit disappointed. Cmd+Shift+3 works by the way.
This is blowing my mind! Thank youu. Although Can I ask my main concern is the my arrow keys my U I O J K L keys acts as the cursor and i can't type and use them as their letters to complete a sentence

But there are few shortcuts which are not working well for me.
For eg. To enter & exit - tab + C = open command centre (this is not working on my iPad pro 2021 model)

Should I turn off the keyboard everytime I wind up for the day? When we turn on/off keyboard it makes led lights flash. I think that would consume a lot of battery. What are some tips to save the battery, so that it lasts longer? How does your routine look like?

Hi i have the same keyboard, for some reason enter key does not work on some messaging apps. Instead of sending it just goes down. Maybe you know a fix for it?it was working for months but for some reason it doesnt now.

sorry I don’t know what’s the Logitech mini. the fn keys usually work as the icons embossed on it. then you need to press fn and f1 for example for it to work as the computer’s function key. hope that make sense,
