I have looked into mews case, see when arceus egg was formed there really wasn't justt nothing aside from the egg but rather a primoral chaos. the primordial swirled together and created the off spring being the egg. Many have theorised this primordial chaos to be mew. I have even ran across a reddit post where someone compared mew to hundun in chinese myth, which fits mew title for being the ancester of pokemon well.
"Yeah my favorite pokemon can manipulate reality itself, create entire universes, and could rewrite all of meaning and conceptualization! If my favorite pokemon fought your favorite pokemon in a battle, mine would win, because your pokemon can only breathe fire. We'd begin the fight and my pokemon would have higher speed, so it'd go first and it'd use, "Universal Redefinition", altering not just what your pokemon can do, not even just what your pokemon is, but the very nature of the battle itself and what words mean to begin with. Definitely a OHKO." Thanks! Very cool.

So far im only 8 minutes into video, so far im really enjoying this video. One critique is that if possible if you revisit this, is edited reminders in, for example when discussing the e on Pokemons, I forgot which one of the lake guardians you were referring to. I had to go back over a couple times repeat to follow better mostly because of how fast you put out all this information ( which I understand its alot, and already a long video). I felt like it would have been much clearer if you had a reference image to which late deity was related.
I always kind of assumed that Mew was some kind of proto-pokemon. The first one to test things out and using him as a template to make all subsequent pokemons. Making him the first pokemon "created".
Arceus is God, Dialga is Father Time, Giratina is The Devil, Eternatus is the Apocalypse, Kyogre is Moby Dick, Groudon is Godzilla, Yveltal is the Grim Reaper, Melmetal is the Iron Giant, Silvally is Frankenstein, Koraidon came from the past, and Miraidon came from the future.
Hoopa is a genie that once carried off an entire castle...while Marshadow hides in people's shades in order to copy and surpass their powers... Sounds like someone at Pokémon was taking notes from the Sonic games in 2006 Hoopa even has the same color scheme as Erazor Djinn!
They run the universe from behind the scenes to make sure the universe doesn’t collapse in on itself and can make new Pokémon in the presence of arceus

The story on Necrozma raises massive questions regarding its ranking in Good to Evil lists. Many normally violent Pokémon like Aerodactyl and Sharpedo haven't been ranked lower in the Evil rankings as their Mega Evolutions drive their violence due to the amount of pain they experience. The same can be said about Necrozma as well. This would effectively mean that updated Good to Evil videos will feature 1. Hoopa Unbound as the most evil Psychic type Pokemon 2. Gourgeist as the most evil Ghost type (although I feel Spiritomb should win Gold Medal of Evil or at least Silver as it won Bronze Medal of Evil among Dark types) 3. Aegislash or Kingambit for Gold Medal of Evil among Steel types (Pokédex entries on Aegislash in particular talk about its ability to sense true leadership qualities which isn't evil per se and Kingambit behaves like a warlord which too is open to interpretation for good or evil). Note that these rankings I've talked about are with respect to the Pokebinge Good to Evil videos.
I feel like every legendary/mythical Pokémon that is space/dimensions related come from palkia, any darkness related come from Giratina, and any with time abilities come from dialga, and maybe all the harvest/plant related ones come from either Groudon or Enamorus.
Mew was always supposed to be the beginning of Pokémon. I mean, who could have seen this turning into one of the greatest video game franchises of all time? Had to keep making more Pokémon and extending the lore.
For the mew ancestor thing it could just be that it was the first badic non legendary or mythic pokemon made and arceus used it as a basis to branch and turn into every other basic pokemon

@@Randomguy-wy4xiParasect’s mushroom has gotta get gold medal. Paras itself gets silver.
@@anonymentor1775 But the mushroom itself is not a Pokémon per se. As for Kleavor it is always angry and wildly swings its axes to attack anyone in its vicinity.
@@Randomguy-wy4xi Parasect’s shroom controls the basically-dead husk that is the insect itself, so it effectively is the Pokémon, at least on the front of brains.
Fair enough with Kleavor, though I’d chosen Paras as it’s well-known for jumping all players in sight.
2:10 My explanation for this:
Arceus created a bunch of pokemon and Mew. However, Mew is the ancestor of all normal pokemon (not legendaries besides mewtwo, but pseudo-legendaries and rare and common pokemon)
There could be connection between Palkia and Hoopa
Or giratina
In my headcannon they always had. Hoopa is like a wandering space-traveling entity created by Palkia that used to be responsible for dimensional traveling corrupted by its greed and avarice. He may also have precisely followed in the footsteps of Giratina (who also became a greedy renegade), hence Six Rings and Six Arms and an "Origin/Altered Form", all traits Giratina also has.
But hey take it easy on my fanfic. 😅

Just realized Mew was probably partially inspired by the Monito del Monte! A real marsupial mouse found in South America that looks exactly like fossil records of the marsupials in Australia.
Mew also looks a bit like jerboa or kangaroo rat

Wow, glastrier can get colder than regice. That's amazing.
Regice is made of crystal
glastrier with calyrex can get below absolute zero, the coldest possible temperature by 30 degrees celscius
I'm ready to throw hands over some of those pronunciations
So….is Mew ‘Pokemon Jesus?’
No more like Adam
nah, we have three jesuses, time jesus space jesus and antimatter jesus, and then mew is like.. adam or something
This video is almost perfect, but the pronunciation of Zeraora, Raikou and Magearna's names is wrong and the rest of the ultra beasts are missing.

i think hoopa is palkias child and marshadow is giratinas child and celibi is dialgas child
Marshadow is guardian for ho oh the rainbow feather I think?
I like Giratina and Mimikyu tho..
@@Aidiot565 I am pretty sure it was only stated a few times in an uncanon pokemon movie so it is uncanon that Matshadow is the guardian of ho ho's rainbow feather
I think that cloud pokemon has boobs
I think i read somewhere that hoopa was made by mew, celebi and jirachi but then it turned evil for some reason and if that source was right then hoopa is the second strongest pokemon in existence bc it said it called and defeated every single pokemon including its creators but not arceus
That was a lot of legendaries and mythical Pokemon in the family tree. ✌️
27:14 - Absolute zero is denoted by 0 Kelvin on the Kelvin scale, which is -273.15 degrees Celsius or -459.67 degrees Fahrenheit.
So this pokémon can go lower than absolute zero. Seems legit 😅

It is fiction so it doesn't matter. Didn't you click on a video talking about older-than-time universal law defying creatures of myth? Just saying
I have looked into mews case, see when arceus egg was formed there really wasn't justt nothing aside from the egg but rather a primoral chaos. the primordial swirled together and created the off spring being the egg. Many have theorised this primordial chaos to be mew. I have even ran across a reddit post where someone compared mew to hundun in chinese myth, which fits mew title for being the ancester of pokemon well.
yes arceus was a first pokemon, but arceus probablly took primordial chaos and transformed into the 1st mew of its kind.

Definitely a OHKO."

When will the next Pokemon type from Good to Evil be uploaded?
Fun fact: Pecharunt is based on the Japanese story "The Tale of Momotaro"!
Yeah why not call Pikachu "Pick-ah-chuh" while you're at it. 😂
Mew is Old Testament, Arceus is New Testament lol
Arceus is God, Dialga is Father Time, Giratina is The Devil, Eternatus is the Apocalypse, Kyogre is Moby Dick, Groudon is Godzilla, Yveltal is the Grim Reaper, Melmetal is the Iron Giant, Silvally is Frankenstein, Koraidon came from the past, and Miraidon came from the future.
Actually, Kyogre and Groudon are the biblical Leviathan and Behemoth
Hoopa is a genie that once carried off an entire castle...while Marshadow hides in people's shades in order to copy and surpass their powers...
Sounds like someone at Pokémon was taking notes from the Sonic games in 2006
Hoopa even has the same color scheme as Erazor Djinn!
I headcanon that Necrozma is like a sort of “sibling” to Arceus.
Hoopa also had the ability to mind control other Pokemon such as in Pokemon hoopa and the clash of ages
I wonder where unknown would go here
They run the universe from behind the scenes to make sure the universe doesn’t collapse in on itself and can make new Pokémon in the presence of arceus
It's Unown, NOT Unknown! That is not how you spell the name!

I fully believe Mew is the common ancestor of all common Pokemon and non-unique legendaries, not ALL all Pokemon. It would be the first Pokemon that could reproduce and populate the earth
When you think about it mew was credit firsr before anything else cause nothing else was thought of yet cause no one knew that pokemon would make it this far so technically more had to be thought of to keep the Pokémon story goimg to keep bringing out another 150 pokemon for every generation so it all wont but can make sence

My personal interpretation of Mew's backstory in relation to Arceus's lore is that Mew is like the Adam/Eve of Pokemon, given the whole "ancestor of all pokemon" thing.
Jesus loves you
I don't remember the exact video, but I remember hearing the Galar bird trio are only called Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres because of their resemblance to the Johto trio
Overall though I absolutely love the family tree being theorized :333 (the time onion is so related to Dialga)

Omg it’s not rocket science. Mew was created before arceus was even a concept. Arceus came before Mew in the timeline

@@jamestrump8098actually I don’t, Ty why had no idea is was gonna blow up the way it did, even less likely they had plans for the overall story and themes of the legendaries
@@jamestrump8098 no I don’t. Usually they test how the first game goes then invest in a franchise if it’s something people want. It’s even stated in the lore that arceus created everything. The timeline wise new came after arceus
@bighardthrobbin I don't understand why you're saying this or what's your point. You counter nothing in the video. You explain something that is so inherently obvious it never needed to be said, and you prefaced it with an attack about rocket science. All that, and you're still wrong to top it off.
The meta (Arceus' concept made way after mew already existed) does not make the lore make more sense. It does the opposite, because they obviously knew they made mew, and said its the beginning of all pokemon. But now theyre were some before it? But they all still have Mew DNA? now we all wonder how the fuck it all makes sense... because it doesn't.
@@SilverBlack831 no mew is the ancestor of all non legendary Pokémon. Mew didn’t evolve into arceus giratina raquaza etc. my point is that arceus created mew, which isn’t inherently obvious cause people argue that mew came before arceus in the timeline

As a biologist the fact your have the lines connecting to them like they are descended hurts me greatly good video though
Lmao the connections are like wonky in this video and there are errors.
This would effectively mean that updated Good to Evil videos will feature
1. Hoopa Unbound as the most evil Psychic type Pokemon
2. Gourgeist as the most evil Ghost type (although I feel Spiritomb should win Gold Medal of Evil or at least Silver as it won Bronze Medal of Evil among Dark types)
Do Pokémon Detective Pikachu Characters:Good To Evil

13:25 Kyogre used to be a fire.
Fire is the polar opposite of water, not ground.
If I remember correctly, Hoopa unbound is able to bring other legendaries such as Kyogre, Groudon, Palkia, and others. Able to control them

The legendary beasts will always be the coolest legendaries

For me, Mew will remain the pinnacle, as explained be the deva, pretty much everything after Gen 1 was expanded for the sake of a cash grab due to the popularity so changing the pecking order because they couldn't stop doesn't work for me 😅. On the flip side, for anyone that gives a d*mn, my like of the franchise does extend up to Gen 3 lol.
