Hello! Don't mind me, I only lurk on SFFN. Lol... Loved your previous retro series posts btw. It was very nostalgic to see the SG05, that was the very first SFF case I ever worked on way back.
@@kalestarler Whoa! Sorry I missed this and I’m late for the response. Thanks for the compliments! Please feel free to join the forums. I love hearing back from our readers and SFF friends! I enjoy your channel! Keep it up!
How is the qiality of the metal surrounding? I am thinking of getting the z18, but i am unsure wether paying such a premium for such an unknown company/case.
Kale, I'm new to itx scene and have been researching on it. My main question is thermals and noise. Practically, do they hold well in long gaming sessions for higher end setups? I heard a lot of heat issues with itx builds. I'm also in sg so weather does not help.
@@kalestarler I see. And that is around what temp? I've heard some burnt their boards on itx build, so I'm kinda held back by that lol. Initially, I was considering the NCase M2, but now I'm considering going for a slightly larger case instead, like the Torrent Nano.
I don't think so, both CPU and GPU are too underpowered, probably not worth trying. If you can get a GTX1050Ti, maybe better. You might be better off buying a new motherboard paired with an Intel Core i3 or Ryzen 3200g with integrated graphics though
Could you please run tests for thermal performance?? i guess that the AIO bracket would also accept fans, so it is possible to cool the CPU with a Scythe Shuriken 3 for example, and a T30 on the side, like you can do in the NR200. That'd be AWESOME to see.
I already have 2 NVME SSDs on my motherboard, actually. Needed more temporary storage for storing video editing content, and HDD prices are still super cheap (archive storage goes to a NAS)
Kale, the next best thing to seeing you in-person is seeing you on RUclips. Hope you're keeping well. Great video!
Hello! Thank you! Hope you are doing well too!
Great looking case. Thank you for this presentation. Well made videos!
Thanks!
Revenant from SFFN: I still haven't had time to build mine up. It's a nice case though.

Cool case, thanks for covering it!
Thanks!
awsome case and vid!!....lotta fans!!...i fit 5 in my q58...4 of them was 120mm cm halo fans..
Nice, that's a lot of fans in that case lol
Thank you for a great review..
Thank you!
Z18 is also a keeper! sucks that its so hard to get one (at least for me)

If I don't turn on the AC, it does get pretty warm when gaming lol. CPU/GPU temps are fine, but a lot of the heat gets exhausted into my room

The person behind this actually released a revised version of the Z13. Kind of hoping that you would compare the two versions.
Don't think I will buy the newer version, but maybe I can try to ask COOJ if he's ok to share a review unit
The other con that I see - is dust filters, is there any?
It did come with one for the bottom, but not the rest. It wasn't a very good fit though
Hola, tengo una NM70-i2. Pienso ponerle una Gt 710 para jugar al csgo, me recomiendas esa grafica como para eso?

@@kalestarler ok gracias
Great video! Seems a bit form over function and not my style, but still great review! Keep up the good work!
Thanks!
Can't really disagree with you. It does look great lol. Luckily I haven't needed to open it in quite a while
other than cooj and acat, what other cases have 4mm thick aluminum housing?
The previous brand I was using, AKLLA, should have a few models that thick. I quite liked the AKLLA A4 Pro I was using previously
@@kalestarler thanks for sharing. Thick aluminum cases are very premium. Worth collecting even if you don’t install any hardware

Cinebench - CPU 64C
Cyberpunk - CPU 69C GPU 77C
can I buy the case off from you?
Sorry mate, if I had a 2nd piece, definitely, but this is my only one and I'm using it with my main PC at the moment
wanna see this in the hands of Optimum Tech,
Oh yessss. Would love to see it in his hands too!
people still use hdd? i thought its far more cost effective to just buy a couple m.2s lol

Just another ncase m1 alternative.
Yup, many of the ITX cases are pretty similar to each other
