Thanks for the quick tips. One thing that confuses me is you use the same controls for multiple things depending on the mode you are in. So if I adjust my global volume all the way up, when I go back out does it also impact my preset voulme itself, or the gain? Same question on the small encoder knobs. I set reverb for instance, that is the treble knob too. Doubt I'm being clear enough but hope you can decipher.

My pleasure! No, once you have made the adjustment and leave Global settings, for instance, that will not change any other settings. Hope that helps :-)

Hey man NEED HELP!!! I’m an old guy and not too great with technology. Lol. So I’m being told you have to have a USB C port on your laptop to use the Tonex One. I have a Windows laptop and all I have are USB ports. NO USB C ports on the laptop. Is there ANY WAY I can get the Tonex One to work on my laptop? I REALLY want to purchase one but am not buying a new laptop to do it. ANY ADVISE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU

USB C is the out of the Tonex. Normal USB connection on the other end that plugs in to the pc/laptop so you're good.
