Yes, that Edge class is really nice and the food was fantastic, wherever we went. We had a great day during our stop in Greenock. It was mostly Americans on board, so they all disappeared off to Glasgow & Edinburgh all day, so we had a quiet ship in the morning and a really good few hours out later, closer to the port.
Great video! I'll be sailing Apex on a Transatlantic next year. I wasn't planning to reserve specialty dining at Eden, but after watching your meal...I don't have a choice. 🙂 Cheers!

Great to see you back. We loved our cruise on Apex. Such a great ship and brilliant staff. That little deck behind the buffet is a great spot, but the magic carpet was our favourite - easy to get a burger or a healthy option from the spa cafe

Hi guys , we were on this cruise with you ! I just watched your first Fred Olsen Bollette video which brought me here, never been on a Fred Olsen ship before and we booked for next year . On Apex we had a sunset view balcony which was beautiful , hubby and I would be dancing to the Cappuccinos in the Grande plaza most nights , loved that band . Fab cruise all round with good friends .
I just watched the video through for Apex, we are sat in the background on chic night ! I remember you two now sat in the corner , didn't realise you were vlogging 😅. We sat at that table on our next visit ... too funny. At the end I can see us in the martini bar !
Great to see you back although I totally understand you needing a much deserved break from vlogging your holidays to enable you to truly relax and enjoy them. I would like to try this class of celebrity ship and the food looked amazing. 😊
Thanks! Yes, after Asia and producing a lot of videos (as well as working full-time), I just felt done, so it was nice to chill at home for summer. That edge class is really nice.
We were on the same cruise but on Deck 6. As an ELITE Member we were allowed FREE Cocktails/Whiskies every 5PM to 7PM everyday on the cruise. I made great use. EDEN is may favorite place for drinks but the Buffet offering at 14th DECK Oceanview Cafe is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I loved Cyprus for the Octopus
That's cool. Our cabin was on deck 6, too. We heard from others about the freebies between 5pm and 7pm. What a great perk! We enjoyed all the food very much.

Lovely to see you back cruising, When you find a bar you like sitting in at the start of your holiday particularly in tip driven bars, The best £40 you will spend is the tip you pay your waiter on day 2 who tends your favourite seating area. Great to see a new series. The wife and I went on a royal Caribbean 1st week in September from Southampton. Left my glasses in cabin apparently they cannot find them and we are both getting over Covid which we caught during the trip. It’s kind of put me off cruising for a while until unfortunately…

Eden is a really lovely area, both during the day and at night. The Eden cafe is a hidden gem that closes at 0930 each morning. The ship is really nice, we loved it. Have an amazing time!
We were on this cruise. Eden is one place we barely visited. Overcrowded and not enough comfortable seating. I always felt like I was sat in a corridor.

I honestly wish i found your vlogs earlier you both make them a worthwhile watch, we watched this and i then we went and watched your Queen Mary mini cruise and we have just watched No1 in your Marella Asian cruise out of Singapore so more to follow on your adventures 👍 We've never sailed with Marella but we've done a few with Celebrity on all class of ships so it would intresting to have your view and hindsight on both companies. Glad you are back with another cruise vlog andy you do a great job with your footage, i have been on 7 celebrity cruises so i have had most of the items from the main dining room and the food on celebrity is always good so some good memories for me. I will be interested to see how you rate celebrity cruises at the end of you series but will wait until i have seen them all for your final reviews but again cant wait until the next one well done again.

Really pleased you've continued vlogging Andy, I got the impression not long back that it was getting a bit tiresome given the huge amount of effort that goes into it for apparently not a huge reward. We were on Edge a few years back - celebrity is always quality food etc wise 👍👍
Yes, after the Asia cruise, I felt done with filming/editing and definitely needed a break to reset. Concentrate on other things for a bit. Celebrity definitely lived up to the hype.
The music from the Martini bar area permeates everywhere as its in the central atrium (it can be heard in the bar, the coffee shop, smaller bar, the expensive fine dining restaurants, casino and shops). Finding somewhere quiet to escape it without retiring to the cabin was very difficult.
Eden do a lunch soup sandwiches on sea days its much quieter as I dont think many people know about it .Yes the buffet is carnage !! lol Apex is indeed a beautiful ship .Do you remember how much dinner is on Eden now ? if you dont mind saying ?.Did you think it was worth the extra charge .

Watched your vloggs on iona and seemed you both enjoyed the experience,just couldnt understand the negativity ,please enlighten me,we are going back on in 4 weeks and booked next year,just curious all seemed well with the vlogs,anyway we are looking forward to next weeks vlog ,thanks.
We really did enjoy Iona and love the P&O speciality restaurants. What we don't particularly enjoy are huge crowds of people and queuing. After watching plenty of Iona videos, it's definitely not our thing. The Iona sailing we were on was the inaugural voyage (and covid rules applied) and had a fraction of the usual compliment.
Pity there were many Americans onboard you cruise. I just got back from a Norwegian Fjord cruise with Fred Olsen, the majority were British. Had a civilized and lovely cruise.
I’m a neutral person neither British nor American…and the Brits are much preferred, you’re all friendly and genuine people. Seppos are sooooooo loud wherever they go! Especially on holiday 😂

Not a new camera. I was using a DJI Pocket 3 a lot in the Asia videos and didn't like the footage much, so went back to my 'proper' camera.

Yes, it is (if you mean the first meal in Eden). They have entertainers in the through the evening, so is often pretty loud.

Eden lunch sounds good. Think Eden dinner was around £70 each. Pretty expensive, but very enjoyable.
