How to? the best option is to install an older version of windows 10 . I installed a version from 2016 august and now I have 0 problems. Windows 10 updates suck and I just blocked my windows to that old but stable version. Thank you anyway!
Graphic 4000 should change to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and restart, which it would take several minutes to stop screen flickering after your pc restarted
When I press 5 and it starts loading theres a system warning says unknown hard error and when it finished loading and i put my password its still blinking.

I am experiencing something so weird...i recklessly disabled one of Nvidia services from msconfig, then i played for about one hour with usual nice performance. Suddenly the game froze, i rebooted my pc and from that moment the screen keeps flashing so frequently and there are few strange coloured dots on it, and seldom the pc reboots...i cannot do anything. Entering safe mode or disabling graphic drivers in the control panel the problem disappears and all runs ok (i have only one gpu enabled). I tried clean installing of Nvidia drivers (mine was 390, but i tried with the last one, 391) and the problem is here again. Even following your steps or using ddu. The only way to solve this problem seems disabling graphic driver. I am scared my gpu is dead. My GPU is GTX 1050ti and os is Windows 10 x64. If someone has time to help me, i'd be truly thankful.

I have tried all these different troubleshooting problems including unchecking the error reporting and problem solutions, restarting. I also re-installed my graphics driver, changed my HDMI cables, tried different ports and it still kept periodically blinking about every 5 seconds. I switched to TV mode to see if the issue was with my Samsung Monitor. There was no problem with the TV video. Then I tried hooking up a regular computer monitor instead of my TV. It worked fine. Then I went to my Settings and set the ECO Solution and set Energy-saving to off and the Eco sensor to on. So far no more blinking, at least for the past 15 minutes.
Yea. Sometimes it's just the monitor fault. Let me know if you have any other problem, I will quickly make on video on it.
@@easetrading817 Thanks. It worked okay for about 3 hours last night. Then it started to bink on and off again, though, not as rapidly. Again I readjusted my brightness settings and it stopped blinking again. If it is due to the TV screen then would it happen only when I'm in HDMI mode and not on TV mode?
@@RayRay-zt7bj whatever works, do that. If TV mode works, then use that mode. Nothing wrong with it
@@easetrading817 Yes, although, TV mode is only for watching TV. I have to switch to HDMI to use the TV for my PC. All is working fine now. Thanks!

When I first saw this I seriously had my doubts after moving up to a Dell 4k on a RX 580, have been building my own computers sense I was a kid and had been fighting with this new monitor for days. Constant flickering out when trying to utilize 60hz while gaming, had used 1440 to 1800 to 4k and had so many different little kinds of flickers and ticks with the window trying to reposition and so on and so on. I can't believe this worked given the issues I was having were so bad. Thanks man! Two thumbs up.

HI guyz!! This is me commenting for those who still getting problem even after following this process. If you screen is still flickering, then buy a new cable to connect the desktop and computer. 100% it will work then. Because if this process doesn't work, then it is probably the problem of cable. Get a new one guyz.. And thank you soo much all the support, love, subscriber and likes you have done.

When it restarted my HP 15, I tried to put on music but my volume wont even work...
Try updating your driver. Make sure accidentally you didn't mute. And don't forget to update the latest windows update.

Well, Flickering screen might be the hardware or software problem. The way I teach you in this video is only goona solve your problem if it is software problem I believe. But if still you have problem, then try getting new cord. I am preety sure it will help. Get a new connector for your desktop and Tower. And be sure that your cord is all the way in.

Sorry for late reply, but change the cable. For example, get the new connector. Get the HDMI cable if your computer supports or get whatever cable but the new and first try unplugging and plugging it back the old one you already have.
