We vacation here all the time, since we only live a few hours away in Tepic, Mexico. So glad you could have this experience and share it with all of us. We love to share our adventures, too!
Marc, you are so talented with the video production. The editing, slo-mos, time-lapse, transitions, drone footage, music all create such an engaging video! Thanks for the effort to share.
Waylaid by the famous Mexican siesta. In many areas of Mexico it’s still customary to take a long meal break during the day. Workers often break for dinner at 2 PM and return at four or 5 PM and work another two or three hours. TelMex was privatized over 20 years ago so I’m surprised they would close for the day at 3:30. However Vallarta is not a huge city that might be the norm there. In any event it’s probably best to try and get all of your important tasks done by no later than noon or 1 PM
(Standing Ovation, Applause with Sombreros and Roses thrown on the stage) BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!! Excellent video! I love Puerta Vallarta! I've never signed up for Instagram, but you have motivated me...I'm signing up right now and you will be the first person I follow!
Nice. IG is pretty cool. We're on Fbook too, but IG is all pictures and fun to browse. We occasionally share real time pics too. facebook.com/KeepYourDaydream/
You're too nice. Thanks! Mexico has not been easy to edit. I think it's because we stay in the same spot and I ended up with 1,000 of video files. So your comment is encouraging after putting 25 hours into this puppy :)
You guys inspired me to get a rv and go. Had my Weekend warrior FSC2800 for two weeks and have already done Texas, AZ, Utah and am now staying in Grand Junction, CO for a school. Thank you for the influence!
That's awesome. Thanks for letting us know! We get many notes like this and enjoy every one of them. RV Travel is awesome and it sounds like you dove in head first! Great states.
I've been catching up on all of your videos, starting from the beginning. You absolutely nailed the first three minutes of this one. Probably your best composition to date. That sailing company could easily use that segment as marketing material. Keep up the great work!
Excellent video! So glad I could experience Mexico through your video. With all the crime and the cartels I would never go across the border into Mexico in a million years. So glad you all had a great experience and came home safely.
Yet another FANTASTIC video. Too many high points to mention them all. Totally loving what you are doing. Thank you again so much for brining us all along.
Keep Your Daydream FYI, the department of tourism would love that, and trust me, they will give you the royal treatment. Others RUclipsrs were surprised of how easy it was to work with department of tourism. (México needs this to show people that not all Mexico is how the media shows it)
In infrastructure, architecture, culture, cuisine, landscape, and overall fun, Mexico just “kicks it up a notch”, or three. Thanks for the work you put into this one. It was a blast to watch. I hope you were able to find a Canon battery charger. Rock & Roll
That was beautiful!!!! Now hurry up and do another one!!! :). My kiddos are pretty much grown so it is fun watching your babies live such an amazing life and enjoy what y'all are doing!
Looks like fun, brings back memories. Spent many times in Puerto Vallarta. I was on the same CAT on a sunset cruise. Yeah I spent a whole day taking pics of doors around the church. You forgot about Siesta, from 2-5 or 6.
wow that was so nice to see that place. I can't believe what that place looks like ...I've never imagined it ..thanks for the video it's so fantastic to see this stuff were missing... one day well have to go there
Your videos are fantastic. I love the sunshine, palm trees, food, adventures and the drone footage of paradise. Still without SUNSHINE in the Midwest....sigh....
Just checked out this awesome video and its so well put together! You guys are great storytellers! I have my campervan and I've left Fort Lauderdale behind to meander through the USA! Life is good!
keep your daydream: One more new subscriber and I'm from México. Thank you so much for visiting our town and cities as well restaurants and sightseeing places!!! Im so glad to see that you guys are having so much fun!!! And thanks for sharing!!! God bless you all. Good food...! isn't?
Welcome. Thanks for the comment! Our Spanish lesson starts in 5 min. We just got back from the Riviera Maya so you'll see more videos on Mexico soon. The channel has to get back from Season 3 first :)
:) Yeah, we met many more RVers that RV'd from the bottom of South America all the way to AK. Unreal. Really opens your eyes when you see people doing things like that. More to come!
Keep Your Daydream Well, funny u asked. We are planning a trip somewhere but looking at options. Gettysburg or Grand Canyon or Galveston Island. Not sure. We are not into spring here yet so have time to go before it gets beautiful weather here. Any suggestions?
Haha another great vid!! I am loving this channel lately! I can't stop watching lolol! Keep up the amazing work! I am really impressed with the quality vids you are beginning to submit lately :). I already can't wait for what's next!!! You're the best! Have a nice day! :)
Nice. Must be Trish helping with the storyline. Lots of pieces to put together in Mexico because we were in one spot for so long. It's like a puzzle! Thanks for the comment.
I'm so glad I found the track before we went on the boat... and then I hat to remember to get Trish to snap! We actually did Ally Cat twice (if you spot the swimsuit change). Thats how I had the music in advance. The second trip we went to the beaches - could be even better!
I'm behind on episodes and just watched this one! OMG, love, love, love the cat sail. One of the best vacations we've ever had was to Maui (twice now!) and sailing to Molokini crater on a catamaran was the highlight each time. Diving from the boat, snorkeling, lunch on the boat (does anything ever taste as good as when you eat it on a boat at sea?!) and going through serious swells on the cat's front trampoline -- we could not stop laughing as we each went tumbling around from the waves. Thank you for sharing your journeys! Not only are they fun to live vicariously but also inspiring for our own wanderlust. xoxo ~ Gidget
Thanks Gidget. We love cat charters too! If you watch long enough... the channel will turn into a sailing channel :) But we still have lots of RVing still to do before that happens.
Just got back at midnight last night (April 1 st 2017) from 2 weeks in Puerto Vallarta... (spent one day visiting Sayulita) it was great, sunny and warm every day :-)
Love the profile name. 2 weeks is enough to check it all out. That road into Sayulita is a mess. Great town. I heard it was hidden gem a few years ago. Not anymore!
Yes ..we took the local bus from PV and had to walk down the hill ...but it's just part of being a visitor in Mexico. We had been to Sayulita years ago and yes it has become very popular since then.
Another great video. I would love to hear more from the kids, it really makes it look like the kids are introverted because we never hear them talk and what not. That would be my only suggestion. See you guys next weekend! Safe travels!!
That's a good idea. The fact is their comments are office topic to the episode. I need to do better by giving them ways to introduce the segments. Thanks for the comment - will keep it in mind for Season 3.
I am new to RVing and I am originally from Colima Mexico. I have thought all along that it's too dangerous to take the RV down to different areas of Mexico but you guys are making me reconsider.
Hi Marc and family. Just bought a travel trailer, inspired buy your videos. FYI, maybe for your next season, there is a total eclipse of the sun on August 21 on a line from Washington State to South Carolina. We are going slightly southwest of St. Louis to watch it. Looking forward to season 3. Mike
Keep Your Daydream, well what can I say. Another AMAZING video! I loved this vlog and didn't want it to end and when the ending came I was sad. I went and say the movie Boss Baby yesterday and the boy in the movie who is one of the main characters looked so much like Carson. Some of the places you guys visited reminds me of Puerto Rico. You guys should totally go there. I wanted to see more of your adventure with your friends that flew in to see you. I was dying laughing when I saw your fiends sitting on each other and then Caleb on Tricia and Carson on Beau if that's even how you spell it. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us! Keep up the good work! Colton
Awesome. Yeah, I wish we had footage of the amazing dinner we had at the W on the sand. Or brought my drone down to the pool to get the sunset and hotel. Never enough footage to tell the entire story!
In real-time, it starts on April 23. I have no idea how many more videos are in Mexico, but the vlog normally runs 2 months behind, so probably close to that.
Keep Your Daydream ok cool! I can't believe it's already April. I'm currently on Spring Break right now so I'm so happy there will be 2 KYD videos while I'm on break. Season 3 is coming up soon! Did you ever get your phone from Telemart or whatever that place was called. I can't remember. Thanks for writing back, Colton
You guys are incredible. Thanks for all the videos! That point break during the first catamaran scene. Somebody should have joined the session and got some good waves.
OMG. You're not kidding. People were on paddle boards riding it all the way from the tip. If I wasn't busy with the drone, I would have gone over there with the GoPro. Hard to do it all and record it. It was amazing.
Now THAT'S the Puerto Vallarta I wanted to see,but I was on a ship in dry dock for hull restoration, and the shipyard area isn't quite as beautiful as your tour.LOL I still loved it,the people were all so nice, and the food was amazing.(as long as you stayed away from the tourist traps) Thanks again for sharing, and all the work you all put into the channel. C-Ya!,,,,,Peace!
So I was just trying to get info on how the F-150 does hauling a 5000 lb travel camper, and then a came across one of your videos and no I'm just watching all your blog about your trip to Mexico , and I have to say this looks amazing!! I would love take a trip like that because Pto Vallarta is my fave beach in Mexico, but my husband its too nervous to even drive to Pto Penasco. I'm so happy that you guys are haven a great experience traveling through my country!!
Yeah, we've been to Pto Penasco about 25 times. Never an issue, but as you probably know... it's not Mexico, its South Phoenix. Even San Carlos (after we spend over 2 months in Pto Vallarta) seemed like a gringo town. All the signs in english and expensive hamburgers. There are 3 engines types in the F-150 and it makes a difference in towing capacity. You should be fine at 5k lbs with any engine type, unless that is the dray weight. Our dry weight is 5,900 and our loaded weight is 9,200! Ginger needs a bit of a diet. :)
Thanks! I was just talking to Trish last night on how we can make them easier to edit so I can do more and make them longer. Season 3 is going to have an insane amount of content :)
Well, now I have Mexico on my bucket list. But need to switch a family that doesn’t live off of chicken nuggets and will appreciate that amazing fresh food and authentic Mexico goodness.
We love y'all's videos! We recently decided to sell our house and travel in an RV, and while looking for resources we came across you guys and a few other awesome traveling families. We are so excited! Thanks so much for sharing your journey! You are an awesome source of information for us newbies. :-) Can't wait for the house to sell!!
:) Love it! Thanks AJ. Did you notice Caleb slip and fall on the drone show away from the boat. And did you notice the swimsuit change of the girls - two different days on the boat :)
Some smaller businesses close for Siesta. That's probably why the place with your phone was closed, but open a couple hours later. :-) Love your videos..new sub.
Nice form on that handstand! You must have been a gymnast. The BE-400 is better off on that stand. I start my airstream adventures next month. Can't wait!
Did a little as a kid. Caleb is pretty good too. I agree with you on the Beechjet Lol. Enjoy the airstream. We just toured one at a show - video to come. They are awesome.
If you loved that street, you would love Spain, too. Little streets like that all over in the old historic cities. If you ever get to Spain, you must check out Toledo and Segovia! Also, do you know about Google Translate? It uses your camera to read and translate in real time. You can also type or speak into it.
We can't wait to go there! It's even on the list as one of the places we like to live for a bit. Yeah, Tori and I were using the Goggle Translate app in the auto store, but have used the speaking function yet! Amazing.
We were in both Toledo and Segovia in December 2015, but I wasn't vlogging yet 😞. We have 3-4 European countries coming up this year though, so hopefully there will be lots of good video coming!
Street tacos? Next time you're in New Hampshire, I invite you to eat at my son in laws Mexican restaurant called Cinco de Mayo Bar & Grille. You will love it! Street Tacos are my favorite!!! 😍
Wow, just wow. I know you have hundreds of messages here but can you tell me (if you see this) how available diesel for my motor coach would be on the way down there? Keep on, keep on.
Thanks for that. We are thinking about going solo next winter. But this is just in the "tossing it around stage" at this point. We need a few months under our belts first. As I said, thanks bunches for the most timely answer.
Alley Cat...the drone footage....just WOW!!! Whenever you post a video, I always know that I'm in for a treat!
:) Too kind. Thanks!
How could you not love this video.....the drone footage never fails to impress......can't wait until next week!
Thanks Liz :)

Marc, you are so talented with the video production. The editing, slo-mos, time-lapse, transitions, drone footage, music all create such an engaging video! Thanks for the effort to share.
Thanks! Trish has been helping lately with where to put the pieces and I think it's gotten even better.
I love watching you all in Mexico. I am enjoying seeing the country with you.
Glad you're here!

they may be close from 2 - 4 pm. Many places close for about 2 hours for lunch time
You have. Beautiful family, i just watch a bunch of your videos, they are awesome, makes me want to go on vaccacion right now....thanks for sharing
muchas payasadas! the spirit of mexico is def upon y'all...
Si! :)
IMHO... BEST VIDEO SO FAR!!! Dude! You nailed it! Excellent editing. Seriously! Thank you for taking the time to make my day! 😀
You're too nice. Thanks! Mexico has not been easy to edit. I think it's because we stay in the same spot and I ended up with 1,000 of video files. So your comment is encouraging after putting 25 hours into this puppy :)

Boy I'm with you. But it's fun watching you all
Yet another FANTASTIC video. Too many high points to mention them all. Totally loving what you are doing. Thank you again so much for brining us all along.
Appreciate you letting me know, as always. This was a fun one.
I really want to go to Mexico ever since you started putting up the vlogs... omg!!!!!
Nice! :) That's great.
Nice job!! Looks awesome... great commercial for Mexico and Puerto Vallarta... I'm sold!
Yeah, it's pretty cool there! I wish we could have worked with the tourism department to show even more!
Keep Your Daydream FYI, the department of tourism would love that, and trust me, they will give you the royal treatment. Others RUclipsrs were surprised of how easy it was to work with department of tourism. (México needs this to show people that not all Mexico is how the media shows it)

Rock & Roll
You're on SN2 now :) One of our favs. Seems like forever ago. The turtles and whales were the best!
Keep Your Daydream Yep, like many, I have become quite partial to your content.
Woohoo! Another epic release. I have long been skeptical of pretty much anything in Mexico but I am now planning a family trip. It's beautiful there.
The safety Q&A video is coming that will share how we addressed. It's worth it. Great place and affordable!
That was beautiful!!!! Now hurry up and do another one!!! :). My kiddos are pretty much grown so it is fun watching your babies live such an amazing life and enjoy what y'all are doing!
:) I have a Q&A idea I want to knock out for a mid week release and then get started on more Mexico. Busy! Thanks for the comment.
Planning our vacation in puerto Vallarta it looks so beautiful 😍 you and your family are so amazing love watching all your videos
Sweet! Thanks. We love it there.
Looks like a total blast! Speech to text translations on your phone totally rock when you have no idea how to say something for sure!!
Yeah, that app is great. I should have used it more, but like the pressure to learn to new words on the spot.
My God you guys have the best vacation vids going, can't wait till next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:) Thanks!
Your videos just keep getting better! It all just looks so fun!
Sweet! Thanks! It is fun.
Looks like fun, brings back memories. Spent many times in Puerto Vallarta. I was on the same CAT on a sunset cruise. Yeah I spent a whole day taking pics of doors around the church. You forgot about Siesta, from 2-5 or 6.
So much fun in PV. Ally Cat was the best. We went out with them twice... this is the first video. The beaches on the next trip were insane.
wow that was so nice to see that place.
I can't believe what that place looks like ...I've never imagined it ..thanks for the video it's so fantastic to see this stuff were missing...
one day well have to go there
Yeah, PV was nice, but nothing compared to Guadalajara! Just wait until you see that city and drone footage.
Your videos are fantastic. I love the sunshine, palm trees, food, adventures and the drone footage of paradise. Still without SUNSHINE in the Midwest....sigh....
Spring is coming! I promise. Until then, we'll provide the sunshine.
Keep Your Daydream I look forward to it!☉🌞☉☉☉🌞🌞🌞🌝
Just checked out this awesome video and its so well put together! You guys are great storytellers! I have my campervan and I've left Fort Lauderdale behind to meander through the USA! Life is good!
Thanks Marsha! Congrats. Glad to hear you're off. Keep in touch and let us know where you are. Are you on our fbook page?
Keep Your Daydream indeed!
P. Vallarta is my fever place for vacation, last year went to Sayulita planning on going back next time ,,, great video do
We loved it. Sayulita was nice. We stayed at La Penita. Check out the Chacala video. That place was great!
Wow sooooo much fun!!!!!! Love all the beautiful shots and those doors wow cool.
Thanks! it really was a good time!
keep your daydream: One more new subscriber and I'm from México.
I enjoy your vids a lot. Thanks for showing the positive side of Mx!
Yes, 20% of the activities account for 80% of the press. We're just showing the 80% :)
I’m a little late to the party in Mexico but thanks for the videos! I’m pretty sure you’ve inspired us to add this as a destination!
Nailed another one! You're definitely changing my mind about wintering in Mexico! Love the scenery! Keep up the good work!
:) Yeah, we met many more RVers that RV'd from the bottom of South America all the way to AK. Unreal. Really opens your eyes when you see people doing things like that. More to come!
just started watching your video so i started with your first season .love your videos the memories your are creating as a family is unbelievable
Fantastic video. You guys are having so much fun. I don't need to go to Mexico, I'll just watch your videos over and over. 😃
Lol. Wait until you see Tequila and Guadalajara. You might have to go for yourself! Where are you off to next?
Keep Your Daydream Well, funny u asked. We are planning a trip somewhere but looking at options. Gettysburg or Grand Canyon or Galveston Island. Not sure. We are not into spring here yet so have time to go before it gets beautiful weather here. Any suggestions?

Nice. Must be Trish helping with the storyline. Lots of pieces to put together in Mexico because we were in one spot for so long. It's like a puzzle! Thanks for the comment.
Great video! The snap at 2:20 wins!

That Telcel tienda was probably only closed for the afternoon siesta. Many small shops close in the afternoon for a couple hours.
I love taking pictures of doors when I travel. Glad to know I’m not the only weird one out there. 😂
One of your best vids yet, truly fun in the sun.
Sweet!
I am new to RVing and I am originally from Colima Mexico. I have thought all along that it's too dangerous to take the RV down to different areas of Mexico but you guys are making me reconsider.
Yeah, we'll be doing a video on MEX Safety. There are certain precautions to take. but it can be done safely.
Mike
Awesome. Congrats! We know all about the eclipse from other RVers. We *should* be too far south by then... but who knows!
That cruse looked like a lot of fun.
Yeah, the Ally Cat really knows what they're doing!
Better and better each time, contacting you guys next time I am in Mexico, you guys are experts on Puerto Vallarta now. 👍
Ha! Not sure about that! But made our way around pretty well! Can't wait to start the edit of Tequila and Guadalajara!
You killed it on the editing.
Thanks!
Keep Your Daydream, well what can I say. Another AMAZING video! I loved this vlog and didn't want it to end and when the ending came I was sad. Keep Your Daydream, and how long till Season 3?
Awesome. Yeah, I wish we had footage of the amazing dinner we had at the W on the sand. Or brought my drone down to the pool to get the sunset and hotel. Never enough footage to tell the entire story!

Nice. I rec. your profile picture on IG :) Yeah, we're not fans of the tourist traps either. Everything down there was great.
Just recently found you.....sooo glad I did. Lovin' EVERYTHING about your vlogs! Will always be looking forward to the next. 😊
Welcome! Glad you commented. Like hear from new subs. Thanks. Keep in touch
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!!!! ❤️❤️ Never stop filming! NEVERRRRRR!! I'm definitely going to keep that sailing company in mind!
:) Thanks. Yes, remember Ally Cat. The best charter we've done to date. Those guys all know how to have fun!
Another great video! Thanks for sharing the sights and scenes of Mexico. Bob and Sheryl
The dude. Lol. Thanks! Mexico is great.
So I was just trying to get info on how the F-150 does hauling a 5000 lb travel camper, and then a came across one of your videos and no I'm just watching all your blog about your trip to Mexico , and I have to say this looks amazing!! Cambia de Marido, ese que tienes no te sirve... yo te llevo a donde quieras.
Everything about this video was amazing!!!
Sweet! Thx.
Love you videos! I am always sad when they end. Thank you!
Season 3 should be Alaska, Western Canada, and west coast. That would be an amazing trip! Enjoy Mexico!
How did you know?? AK will be later, but we're covering the entire west coast. It's going to be epic.
Sweet! Congrats. You'll love it. Keep in touch.
Love the drone capture. Awesome
Thanks. When the boat is on the hook, it's safe. Moving boats can be a problem should the drone get disconnected and fly "home".
Awesome video guys! Great scenes, and awesome representation of PV! REALLY enjoyed this one! Cheers from Cali!
Nice. Thanks!
m007 Steve
PVR is my favorite town outside of the US.
This was so good I watched it twice. Thank you.
:) Love it! Thanks AJ. Did you notice Caleb slip and fall on the drone show away from the boat. And did you notice the swimsuit change of the girls - two different days on the boat :)
Keep Your Daydream Do you guys ever get jet lag? When are you gonna make the video on your internet? Thx for the awesome videos! 👍👌😀
I love watching your videos you have given me so many things to do and how to go about it.
Awesome. Love hearing that.
I used to use topes as a launching pad on my bike. I was probably 8 years old.
I know this is an older video but I really appreciate the editing and that you actually make great use of that drone.
Wow! I enjoyed the video. Awesome 👏🏼! I had fun along on your trip. You showed us some amazing stuff.including food.
I watched a lot of your videos. And I learned a lot of interesting spot and things. Thank you very much. Good trip and new friends! Hi, from Siberia.
I don't hear or see much about RVing in Russia. What's the RV scene there?
Hardly ever. In any case, I did not see RV in Siberia.
Some smaller businesses close for Siesta. That's probably why the place with your phone was closed, but open a couple hours later. :-) Love your videos..new sub.
Welcome!
Really loved the footage from the neighborhoods, awesome!
you guys are having such a great time. Enjoy.....
Yeah, this one was fun. Have to figure out what's next in Mexico. Back into the footage!
so much fun to watch your videos thanks guys
Nice form on that handstand! You must have been a gymnast. The BE-400 is better off on that stand. I start my airstream adventures next month. Can't wait!
Did a little as a kid. Caleb is pretty good too. I agree with you on the Beechjet Lol. Enjoy the airstream. We just toured one at a show - video to come. They are awesome.
You guys motivated my family and I to buy a rig it happened
Another wonderful video. Thanks sooooo much. Stay safe and have fun.
Sweet. Thanks!
Great editing! I love the drone shots...what kind of drone do you have?
I flew the Beech Jet over 1400 hours, nice bird.
i wish i was apart of your family your all great much love to all u have a blast!!!!
You are! :)
I know this is 2 years ago but amazing job with the camera and editing!
Love your whole vibe.
That's what I like about Mexico "I take only 4"....lol. Words alone cannot truly describe you guys:) Poster Family of the USA?
I agree. The best thing about Mx is the "anything goes" attitude. I suppose we are a bit stereotypical when it comes to the US family. :)
More proud:)
Guys you are Awesome thanks for sharing your adventures.
Thanks John!
3:29 there was a Best Buy 5 hours east

Lol.
Wow, just wow. I know you have hundreds of messages here but can you tell me (if you see this) how available diesel for my motor coach would be on the way down there? Keep on, keep on.
We were one of the few gas rigs. Most everyone we were with was diesel and no one had an issue. Not even a little.
Thanks for that. We are thinking about going solo next winter. But this is just in the "tossing it around stage" at this point. We need a few months under our belts first. As I said, thanks bunches for the most timely answer.
