      @@scottsdaletravelchick Believe me when I say that I've watched most of RUclips's fine offerings on this topic and this video makes them all happily redundant. As a video creator myself, I can *smell* the hard work that went into the editing and voiceover. Kudos to you both! Proper preparation and planning was clearly evident. And no "cringe" delighted-with-themselves couple-stuff which characterises many travel vlogs. You guys actually sound like this isn't your first rodeo and its about the PLACE, not about yourselves. Excellent stuff. Hope you keep making more content.

    Your overview of PV and the Bay of Banderas was far and away the most informative, accurate and complete I’ve seen. Three restaurant tips not on your list: 1). La Cappella located behind and above the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. 2). Le Kliff located just north of Boca de Tomatlan. 3). Mar Y Vino located at Playa Los Arcos Hotel.

    Been going to this resort for many many years! The food is ok, nothing outstanding but, I will tell you that there is a hidden gem directly across the street from the resort!!!! It's called Tony's place!!! Go and watch the sunset while having drinks and dinner! It's such a great experience! Tony couldn't be nicer!!!Cross the street and usually there are kids waiting to escort you to Tony's (short walk, uphill) we always give them a few $$$ and they get so excited. I recommend Tony's to everyone we meet at the resort and usually end up going with a big group!!!!🥂😋

    Very Good Video ... BUT ...The Music Is To Loud, Irritating and Unnecessary 😔😳

  • @jpatrickmn
    @jpatrickmn Год назад +1

    It's a cute and informative video. Your voice is very pleasant and easy to listen to, until you pronounce many of the words and names here in Vallarta. Malacon for instance is one that I hear all the time and I cringe every time I hear it mispronounced. It's Mal-a- CONE not Mal-a-KAHN..😬
    Taqueria also, it's tah-ka-ria not tack-a-ria. All the carts in that location actually are very very good. Open well into the night as late as 4-5 in the morning. So when you're hungry after that late night of bar hopping, it's a great place to stuff the belly.
    And then, one mistake in your video as you were describing the Palms Cabaret, your video is showing the location of The Incanto which is a completely different place for cabaret and shows. And you were on point about Pancho's tacos, it's a sham, it's a hype, it's all about the notion of the line to get in there. People think because there is a line that it's a fabulous place. The places you mentioned are much better than that. Go right next door to Cafe De Olla'.
    I have been frequenting this city since Pepe's Tacos opened 30 +/- years ago, and I can say, they can advertise the best tacos in town, and they do, right on their sign.

    Nice video buddy, but PLEASE it's painful to hear you mispronounce the name of the place of which you are supposedly an expert. Also, having lived in both PV and currently in the Riviera Maya, there is no comparison in the beaches....NONE. The Caribbean wins every time.

    • @scottsdaletravelchick
      @scottsdaletravelchick  Год назад +2

      Hi Kelly.
      Thanks for watching (we have a similar video on Riviera Maya PDC, please check it out).
      We are not experts on any place - just travelers… who might not speak the best Spanish. 😉. Just call us typical gringos and laugh about it.
      Think we were pretty clear on the differences between beaches.
      We are headed to Playa next week. Beaches there are great - except for the sargassum…. (which is terrible and ruins things these days).
