    A little bees wax on the ends of the string help stop fraying and makes it easier to feed thru small openings.

    Love using string to polish, but I’ve not used the technique you show here. I tend to just get a really long piece and use it in single strands. I’m definitely going to adopt this, thank you 🙏🏻

    Great stuff! What polish do you use for platinum?

    • @DiamondMounter
      @DiamondMounter  3 года назад

      On platinum i use the usual tripoli to get the surface smooth and scratch free, then I clean it up as much as possible with green and then finally really brighten it up with yellow

    You work in a supermarket also? Is it not possible to earn an income from making & selling jewellery? Excuse me for asking its just that I'm hoping to be able to support myself making & selling jewellery.

      Yes of course you can! I used to sell a lot online but not so much now Im in Japan. I dont try to advertise hardly at all now. Getting a job here was more about integrating in to society rather than needing the money. Although actually I do need to earn something lol. I may do a video soon about selling on Etsy

      @@DiamondMounter phew, that's good to know. I've been learning at night school for 4yrs as a hobby, but now (due to Covid & no job) I'm looking into trying to support myself with this craft. The info you are putting up is fantastic for me, thank you & happy new year
