Great review! I got mine about a week ago. Very happy with it so far. My biggest gripe is the built in Bluetooth speakers. They are not loud enough. In fact I paired my iPad to them and at the highest volume the were about 50% lower then the built in speakers of the iPad itself. Other then that a great affordable treadmill.

This review sold me on the Horizon, when I was considering getting a cheaper more under-powered treadmill. Can't wait to get it in the mail. Thanks!

Does it support Sprint 8 or HIIT without any additional apps/subscriptions?

Can you go straight for 99 minutes without shutting down?

Which of the following is better to buy?
    I am 5’10 runner
    Horizon 7.0
    NordicTrack 7.5s
    Proform TLX

Any of those would work great. The NordicTrack will be the softest. If you don't care for iFIT training content, go with the Horizon 7.0 for more training options. The TLX is firm and great if you are preparing for an upcoming road race.

Did you say this treadmill will work with iFit?

It doesn't pair via Bluetooth. I just like watching the treadmill workouts on my phone or tablet, and the speed/incline dials make it very easy to keep up with the coach's instructions manually.

would you go for the horizon or the f63 if you had a choice?

I would pick the Horizon 7.0 AT. The speed and incline changes are much faster and easier to make while running.

Running in zero shoes puts you at a different spec when reviewing the comfort of a deck, in my opinion.

I also factor in the opinions of my fellow reviewers who train in shoes with around a 10mm drop. I'm a biomechanist so when reviewing cushioning, I think about vertical displacement and the shock absorption of the materials.

Does this machine feel noticeably soft when compared to the f63 by sole?
