Dean made the same platforms for me back in ‘15 for my monster rack. I use them primarily for deficit t-handle deadlifts. But I also use them as steps in order to reach the top of my rack. They are extremely well-built, and will last a few centuries at least.
Hey where can we buy these platforms? Also are there size variations to choose from? I like to do squats with my feet close together, and with a chain you can just put 45s vertically
www.blackwidowtg.com/J_Cup_Platform_p/platforms.htm Looks like they've gone up in price a little. he only has the 12x12 listed, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did something custom. I like the idea of vertical 45s... Like a dip belt arrangement. Thanks k!
@@ThreeStormFitness Yeah no problem! Is there a difference between this and a dip belt?? Im also thinking itd be possible to just attach it to the center of a barbell right? If the barbell is straight under you instead of horizontal, maybe balance would be an issue but theres probably a solution to that too

2 years late. does it damage the rack?
I may have a couple small scuffs here and there, but for as many hundreds of times that I've used this, you barely notice them. Thanks for asking!
Three Storm Fitness happy you replied. I appreciate it!
