That's the last you'll see of the Adidas red pullover...my dog destroyed in while shooting the video...he also ran off with the camera man's car keys. On a lighter note, I added details and references to the gear in this video and time stamps as well, in case you don't want to watch the whole thing. Thanks gang!

My Double Circle brand gymnastic rings work the same way. All the holes are already numbered.

Hammock straps give you a lot of options, just like landmines suddenly they open up variations on a lot of exercises. Check out Henny hamstring curls for example.

Your previous videos from years ago inspired me to create a similar set up last year. I don't use hammock straps. Instead, I use a metal rod (I guess you can call it a spotter rod) for the front. The same type of rod that is used in the back for the pin/pipe safety's & landmines. My rack has one inch holes, though. Oddly, I was only able to fit half inch rods through it. If the rods were any slimmer, they would snap without much weight. I use anxle bars, and can place about 100 lbs on each bar before the front spotter bar really starts to give.
I'm glad to see to you make another video of this. The options or unlimited, and it's a very cost effective way to turn a power rack into an assortment of machines. The set up does kind of suck, but it's not so bad once you figure out a process.

Hey AM, really means a lot to me to hear that others have gotten something out of these zany ideas. Appreciate the feedback very much! And you're absolutely right that there are unlimited possibilities. Thank you!

I've a similar set up, although I use the Mirafit yoke, and use the safety spotter arms turned inwards towards each other instead of using hammock straps. I've 2 independent landmines sat on top of 4 concrete blocksstacked on top of each other. The Mirafit yoke is moveable, so I can set it up pretty much anywhere. I only use 5' olympic barbells tho, does the job perfectly. Also use sandwich cups if needed for higher safety's.

Each strap is rated at 500lbs, not 1000lbs.

Good video. I lmao at "maybe a bit suggestive but still family friendly."

Wow the bend in that super curl bar! Do you by any chance know who makes it? Love the ideas!!

Hey, love to tell you, but I can't seem to remember using a curl bar in this video. There's one I have that a dude threw in when I bought a bunch of plates off him. It's kinda cheap, but it works well. I think it's made by CAP...something like this? CAP Barbell Olympic Bars | Multiple options a.co/d/a2ucv27
