I love how real these workouts are! No glam and music, just a pure workout with a trainer who breathes!
Honestly, I never look forward to working out. But with Tasha’s workout style and her down-to-earth, fun personality, I always end up having a great time. I finish each session feeling happy and energized!

These are fantastic! I can't tell you how nice it is to find a channel where most of the videos have normal audio with talking and guidance instead of blasting horrible techno/dance music. For those of us with sensory issues, who can't listen to that noise while trying to follow a workout routine, these types of videos are invaluable!

I'm doing this
@fitness blender!! I have this condition called pectus excavatum. I have a very mild version mixed with a little scoliosis and little asthma. I get breathless so easily. I have to take lots of breaks! I’m probably missing many point’s as stated in the video. 🤣 I can’t help it! I feel amazing and strong, so I can’t complain. Anyways, I would love to see workouts dedicated to people who have my condition. There is one RUclipsr who actually does men’s video for this condition because he has it. It’s rare for women to get it. Nobody on the internet has womens exercises for this condition. This year I’m dedicated to getting stronger and to focus on working on my chest area where the pectus excavatum takes places, work on my back for scoliosis and to get the rest of me stronger than it already is. Fatigue is something I get. I modify all my fitness blender workouts to fit my situation. Some of the harder impact workouts I have to do as low impact. Anyways, that’s my story. I thought it was funny what was said in the video. I do hope more workouts could be tailored to my situation because I’m sure a lot of women and men too who also have this can relate to how I feel. We all would love more exercises to target this issue we struggle with. It’s a pain but we deal with it. 😀
Have you thought about creating a channel and making these videos? With your condition and experience, I think it would be a good addition to the available selection. Just start slowly. You may find a new passion!
