Great Video! I don't under stand why a shorted driver in the pcm would blow the fuse, wouldn't it just cause the valve to remain open? unless the valve is shorted also?
The valve is not shorted. Near the end ai disconnect both pcm harnesses and check for short to ground. It wasn't there.
@@DallasAutoDiag So then what is blowing the fuse, how's the power getting to the shorted driver?
oh just realized Its probably never a full ground must be PWM or something like that, and the amps of a full ground is to many.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics fuse holder had one side power and other side ground. Ground side should not be ground.
@@DallasAutoDiag with the pcm disconnected you still saw ground on the other side of fuse? Anyways ground has to be coming from pcm going thru the valve.

Hi because ECU was providing constant gnd to that value. wasn't that valve burnt..?
I don't think so because the fuse was the protection of the circuit

Did you not notice that each component has resistance just built into it the way you tested it is completely wrong

Cut the wire at the pcm to see if it’s pcm or valve
I should have done that. Just did not want to show bad practice on camera.
