Is there any way to bait her into attacking and getting countered on a turn 2? Because that luck is pretty much the only thing I need to win now (I did a bit of Homunculus farming after enough attempts and it has made quite a difference)!
Hey! Thank you for your comment ^^ Unfortunately it has been a while since I did this boss fight so my memory is kiiiinda fuzzy right now uhuh but from what I can remember it's just base on pure luck whenever she's going to melee attack you, so you also need to hope that the 2nd attack is also the one that High Counter will trigger on. If you have the Divine Pillar and Orpheus Telos you should be fine though! (Even Messiah is fine yeah). Anyway the "trick" is to keep in your mind how much damage you have done to her (With maybe a calculator) and never let go her HP below 9999 otherwise she will automatically full heal again and it's pretty much a reset. Once you know that you're in range to do enough damage with a High Counter to have her below 9999 HP in her 2nd turn that's when you must use Armageddon to finish her off. (But like I said on top that's completely RNG). I'll just leave in this comment her rotation in case you still don't have it! Good luck! Yes blocking prevent you from getting inflicted with an aliment, Hama, and Mudo attack. However, Elizabeth/Theodore can attack first to remove your defense stance.
There's no Guard command in previous versions of P3. Guarding was (re)introduced in P4 which got carried over back to P3 Portable, replacing the Wait command from P3/FES. Hey! Thank you for your comment ^-^ and also happy birthday! I'm not sure if you are referring to Persona 3 Portable or FES, but anyway in Persona 3 Portable in order to get a Heart Item you need to fuse Personas and there is a random chance that the new Persona that you just fused is gonna have a Heart Item. There is a little "trick" that you can also do which is to Register the Persona with the Heart Item in the Compendium just before he's about to level up to his last skill, because that's when you will obtain the Item itself and basically with this "trick" you can keep resummon it (as long as you have the money for it) and still re-obtain the Heart Item again. This "Trick" is just kinda useful only with Messiah though because he has multiple Heart Items that you might want to get. If you got the right Equipment which is all Armor of Light, Lucifer's Blade and the Divine Pillar plus Orpheus Telos (not really that necessary) it shouldn't be that hard to beat her. Just keep in mind that there is a few rules that you must follow, the more common ones are, no Armageddon on 1st turn and no Omnipotent Orb as your equipped item otherwise she will just Megidolaon you and you'll die in 1 hit. Two mandatory things that you must own are at least 1 Armageddon and at least around 10 Infinity otherwise you just cannot defeat her. Anyway thank you again, if there is something that you didn't understand let me know, I'll try to re-explain myself maybe a bit better, or if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you! Yeah unfortunately it's RNG, but at least it's not that rare to get a Persona with a Heart. I'm not really sure but I think the percentage was around 40% but I might be incorrect on that. Anyway for the Lucifer's Blade you don't have to get Lucifer with the Heart as he doesn't even have a Heart Item, you need to go to the Shinshoudo Antiques and fuse Lucifer with any Nihil Weapon. Wait, how did you not get hit by Megidolaon if you had Messiah? I thought you couldn't use any Personas that null, repel or drain any element or else Elizabeth would have instantantly killed you?
You can avoid that from happening if you switch Persona that has null, repel or drain to that current Type before her rotation.
