Lenny even breaking a string during the second song put on a perfect show :: compare to that muck paid for ($7MM) by The Weeknd yesterday February 7, 2021. I, too, love how he kept it simple, 1 great gal and 2 more guys, one little stage, and an awesome light show..... jus rock and roll! (Oh, ...and some great cheerleaders!!)

Amazing artist. Sad thing is 3/4 of the crowd in the stadium probably have not heard of him. Either too young or just don't dig his music. I do I listen to it at the gym every day. I have an amazing playlist of all his best songs

I was there working in the stadium and thought that he did a very good job. Its just that most people didn't seem to care. When ever they would show him playing on the screens, they would show the cheerleaders shaking it instead, more of them and less of Lenny. But great 3 songs. Nice job Lenny.
I agree, but one question? All those amps and speakers behind him, are they just for show? Isn't the sound sent through the stadium's system? Those speakers don't blast the whole stadium. if they are on just for the performers, wouldn't they confuse them with a delay with the stadium speakers.
@@clydecavalieri8490 You can see that they are all miked up with backup amp heads in place. Drums were miked too. Fun to see him break a string during playing.

Well,here is probably in playback but often is not a choice of the artist but of the event organizers. And in any case Lenny Kravitz does so many concerts, exhibitions and showcases acoustic around the world that there is no need to wait for a stake of 5 minutes at a sporting event to know how he sings and plays live!

The NFL is super strict about this. Pretty much only thing live is maybe the drums and the vocals. Beyond that it's all pre-recorded. They made the chili peppers fake play when they did the half time show.

This was wayyyy better than the Beyonce halftime show. Lenny still ROCKS after all these yrs. But I do miss his crazy dreadlocks. Lenny has to be in his milestone now and is one of the last mainstream rocker still around today making music. We need to bring this music back. I am sick of GAY POP.

I'm almost 100% sure that LK doesn't lipsync. He values all of the time he has on stage, he would never use such a lame move for any performance. Besides, you can hear the difference between a recorded and live version.
