Fuck Lady Gaga. She gives music in general a bad name. Commercial radio dance pop garbage. I don't care what she likes in het free time. What she puts out is dogshit.
Lady Gaga, the only current musician that knows and really enjoys AC/DC. Just look at how fascinated she is by Angus' classic guitar move. I respect her even more now.
Show of hands please! Who thinks AC/DC would give the best Super Bowl halftime show EVER??? We've suffered through hip hop and rappers for 6 or 7 years now. Time for some real talent.
Metallica as well, I'm surprised ACDC or Metallica have never done the Super Bowl halftime show, it definitely is time for some real talent like ACDC o Metallica to do it. I'm tired of the hip hop crap every year for the halftime show. We have to sit through another one next year since Usher is doing it. Hopefully next year we finally get someone else besides a rapper.
what blows my mind is that during this performance all of the band members of AC/DC were 60+ years old. Old enough to be the parents or grandparents of most of the people in attendance. and yet they gave a legendary performance. simply amazing 🥲
What's sadder is that Angus (now 69 in June 24) is the only remaining original band member. And this reminds me how old I am since I saw the Bonn Scott line-up in Australia when I was in high school. The video of them in a flatbed truck in the middle of Melbourne playing Its A Long Way to the Top (if you want to rock and roll).
I remember watching this Grammy's show....after AC/DC had finished, besides Annie Lennox who was very good if memory serves, the rest of the show was given a lesson in how to perform and put on a proper show.
Ed Sheeran’s nervous face, and lack of joy… a perfect example of why we desperately need Rock and Roll to regain its place at the top! It’s Rock or bust!!!
I wouldn't say he's nervous or lacking joy. His reaction after the show speaks loudly. He is smacked against the wall by the sheer volume and energy of the band. His laughing after the show more is something like: "Wow, this is insane. Damn, I need to do something like this, too". He is the kid that wants to be like the stars of the show when he grows up.
Lady Gaga’s reaction, on the other hand, is more evidence that she would instantly be the biggest rock star on the planet if she ever decided to release a rock album.
Good to see our Dave Grohl bopping among the suits and plastic faces. RIP Malcom Young. You may be gone but your riffs, powered by Marshall amps, will live FOREVER. 🤟

I was lucky enough to catch a very young AC/DC concert in Montreal in 1980 with the new lead singer Brian Johnson on the Back in Black Tour. Little did I know where they would end up in rock history. They absolutely blew me away.
Never seen so many people not know what to do in the face of greatness. Anyone watching at home was head banging from the go. No one there seemed to know what to do.
Yeah this is a timeless band. They sound just as loud and powerful as they always have. Those guitars are still heavy to this day. They are a class act.
I think it's safe to say that the majority of the audience hadn't even been born yet when AC/DC was in their prime, but it's nice to see the audience embracing this legendary band!
@Matthew Brickles I hope I wasn't coming across self-righteous, I was just commenting on the age gap between AC/DC and the audience and appreciating the respect from the audience.

They both appreciate great music. I loved seeing Tony smiling to it too. I know it's not his kind of music but he has always appreciated great talent you can tell
I heard that they intentionally played highway to hell SUPER SLOW because they were told they could only do the first verse due to time, so they stretched it out. So rock and roll! Also, Brian absolutely rules.
One of my favorite videos. Yes, they got on stage and schooled the industry. So many of the people shown on camera were deadpan but are the same ones that would go crazy over the crap usually on the Grammies. They just heard the greatness and hear of true rock and roll.
looked like he hated it to me lol.. Lady Gaga I have new respect for though.. She was the best out of all the audience they showed.. she knew how lucky she was!!
Have to admit that every time I see a video and I see there is no Malcolm there is a little hole in my heart, I'm sure he is in heaven behind gods right shoulder making sure everything is done right
Now this..... this right here, this is pure musical talents. No autotune, no effects and theatrics just pure solid old school get everybody moving music. Quailty.
You know why I love these guys so much? They have played Highway to hell thousands of times, and still they enjoy it like it was the first time. Long live AC/DC
AC/DC stepped up on that stage and showed everyone how it’s really done. It’s like when they were playing and Brian was singing they all were telling everyone to stop with this pop and hip hop crap and learn how to rock n roll like a legend 🤘🤘⚡️⚡️
What truly amazes me about AC/DC is not just the vocals and the instrumental skills they all have, but how they still bring that same energy they did back when they started. Take Angus for example, the iconic guitar stomp, running around the stage and the face-melting (as Jack Black calls it) solos. Truly awesome to see

Ac/dc can make a stadium full of musical geniuses feel like kids again
No autotune BS, pure high voltage.
🤘🤘🤘
Simply. Truly. Iconic.
There is only one AC DC
A great band with Bon and a great band with Brian.
Yeah this is a timeless band. They sound just as loud and powerful as they always have. Those guitars are still heavy to this day. They are a class act.
Who's still watching and listening at year 2024...😊😊❤
Me
I'm 65 what a band
Gonna see them live in 3 weeks 😍😍😍 will be a lifetime memory for sure
Been watching them since 1980. 🙄
Hell yeah
His voice has fascinated me since I was 12 years old. ❤️🤘🏼
Poor Tony Bennett. He had no idea what was going on. Ox
I think it's safe to say that the majority of the audience hadn't even been born yet when AC/DC was in their prime, but it's nice to see the audience embracing this legendary band!
I was
@Matthew Brickles I hope I wasn't coming across self-righteous, I was just commenting on the age gap between AC/DC and the audience and appreciating the respect from the audience.
They are not worthy.
@@andrewadams8384 the audience or the band?
The are still prime! 😊
Ladies and gentlemen you are watching greatness
What I love about that is you can see artists of all different genres totally rocking out to their performance. Even Tony Bennett who was in his late 80's at the time
He looked liked he seriously enjoyed it!
Cuz its a real banger not the crap of today
Yea Paul McCartney like this is real music
The first and last word in rock n roll. Praise be for AC/DC.
Amen😊
Who's still listening and watching in 2024? 🤘🍻🥁🎸
Saw the boys live 3 weeks ago in Dublin, Ireland! Last gig of the POWER Up tour in Europe! Wat a night it was!! AC/DC❤🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
@@igorabasjidze1194 I'm jealous. I bet that was even better rhan Monsters of Rock.
@@DarronSanderson Monsters of Rock was something extraordinary for sure. A specially for me being Russian) ..they are not spri ng chicken anymore but my God they were just frickin awesome!) They still got it! 80 000 people! Croke Park, Dublin! Wat a show! Brian is 76! Angus 69! God Bless them!! ❤🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
@@igorabasjidze1194 I bet that is a memory to never wish to be forgotten. I was in Germany, serving American military when they toured. I was just to return stateside. Wow, Angus was around. Great days! Yes, God bless them all. 🙏🏽 🤘🏽
@@DarronSanderson I'm sure they gonna do US next year! You got to be there, bro! Thank you for your service! For protecting us here in Europe! God Bless and stay well!🙏🤘🤘🤘
I've never seen a crowd at the Grammy's that stayed standing for an entire performance! This is a band that never sold out! The only thing they sell out are stadiums worldwide!
Cuz they all know when bands like ACDC r up on stage it's mandatory respect. I was never a acdc fan but if they were in front of me playing live I'd rock along with em
👍👍👍⚡⚡⚡
Still rocking in their 70s, long live rock, long live AC/DC
Their music is like a good suit… never goes out of style.
No turntables, no samples, no 💻 laptops, no lipsynching, no auto tuning, ALL SIX STRING GUITARS , DRUMS ..... " LET THERE BE ROCK!" 👊🎼- Bon Scott! AC/DC
A rock n roll masterclass! The audience in awe...as they should be! Great music never dies...Incredible!🤘🤘🤘
Shortest award ceremony in history. Because after that opening, nothing would even come close . ACDC!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘😈😈

Haha yeah
After AC/DC hit the stage, everything became a dog and pony show for the “music” industry.
You can tell they're not on tour. Brian's voice is rested and almost studio quality. Great video!
I know, right? He sounds great in this performance. Never sounded better
So did you see Lady Gaga leaning on Tony Bennett’s shoulder while looking at him, saying “that was amazing “. And Tony had a huge smile as well. End of story.
They both appreciate great music. I loved seeing Tony smiling to it too. I know it's not his kind of music but he has always appreciated great talent you can tell
The Grammys didn't deserve such an iconic band!!! These men are legends that nobody in that audience could ever duplicate!!!
All bow down to the greatest rock icon ever Angus Young
The god’s of live rock showing what a live performance really is all about x
I grew up listening to AC/DC and they still the best rock band!!!!!
I heard that they intentionally played highway to hell SUPER SLOW because they were told they could only do the first verse due to time, so they stretched it out. So rock and roll! Also, Brian absolutely rules.
I think censored for the “satan” in the second verse
100%correct
@@BenjaminCorrea-d3z wrong it's was due to time restrictions as Johnson has said in interviews
BRASIL - NOVEMBRO 2024. ACDC - THE. BEST !
Seen them 4 times best concerts I've ever been to,they are awesome
Lucky bastard😉🤘🏻
Me too 3 times at Wembley stadium and once at Wembley arena. Best live band by a country mile.
This is real music. New music today can't touch this legendary stuff.
The last of the real rock and roll bands. This show was the end of an era. Monumental send off.
AC/DC is universally loved the world over, even people who don't usually listen to metal still like them.
True.. If you cant enjoy some ac/dc, you simply dont like music
AC/DC is not metal
@@braydenheadrick4778 there is always one
One of my favorite videos. Yes, they got on stage and schooled the industry. So many of the people shown on camera were deadpan but are the same ones that would go crazy over the crap usually on the Grammies. They just heard the greatness and hear of true rock and roll.
The kings are still on the throne.
No music today can replace this. Pure energy. Will get a paralyzed man's legs tapping
I love the look on Tony Bennett's face at the end. He freaking loved it. You cannot change my mind.
looked like he hated it to me lol.. Lady Gaga I have new respect for though.. She was the best out of all the audience they showed.. she knew how lucky she was!!
Have to admit that every time I see a video and I see there is no Malcolm there is a little hole in my heart, I'm sure he is in heaven behind gods right shoulder making sure everything is done right
This is one of the only few bands that can span across generations. Best Rock band of all time!!!!!
Legendary Performance from one of the Greatest Rock Bands!
Acdc has stood the task of time
True great band
None of the people in the audience have any idea about what they just witnessed… the greatest rock band of all time!!
except for Dave who knew that he gonna have a time of his life watching his idols playing
not true at all. OPEN YOUR EYES
I wouldn't say none of them, some of them actually had a clue.
Now this..... this right here, this is pure musical talents. No autotune, no effects and theatrics just pure solid old school get everybody moving music. Quailty.
Best dam band ever in history school them punks
AC/DC ... who else could get this big of a versatile crowd... Rock and Rolling. !!👍🎸😎
Saw AC/DC in 1976 , original band in La Villa Real, Mission, Texas, Rio Grande Valley. Long live rock and roll.
Musical perfection! Rock defined right there!
Look at the audience they can't believe thier eyes and ears what rockn roll sounds like they can't compete.
The best old school rock band they are awesome
Best ever .....period
Pónganse de pie porque difícilmente verán en esos "premios" artistas de tal calibre!!
Arriba AC/DC
I remember watching this live and my mouth fell open, old boys showing the young ones how its done. ❤
What truly amazes me about AC/DC is not just the vocals and the instrumental skills they all have, but how they still bring that same energy they did back when they started. Take Angus for example, the iconic guitar stomp, running around the stage and the face-melting (as Jack Black calls it) solos. Truly awesome to see
So many ungrateful people there.. they don’t know they just witnessed greatness.. I would have loved to be there.. amazing!! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
That a legend like Paul is enjoying the show is worthy of you, you always did your job well Great AC DC
acdc best rock band ever
Highway to hell will always be best by Bon
Imagine them doin the halftime show at the superbowl.
Es Led Zeppelin
The hits just keep on coming , I think we’re talking Grammy !!
Little the audience know that the greatest rock band just performed almost for the last time. You are blessed if you witness this live. An Australian band who showed the US how to rock!!!
Killed it! The last and only time I ever saw Ac/Dc was back in ‘09 with Malcom and it was glorious in every way. Literally got thunderstruck and poored on 😀
Best part of that whole show that night !! 👍😎
AC/DC IS LIKE " THE MOST AWESOME BAND" 0N PLANET EARTH. I SAW THEM IN CONCERT AT THE CIVIC AUDITORIUM IN OMAHA , NEBRASKA- 1979. I WAS 19 YRS OLD. IT WAS GREAT !!!😊😊😊
Denzel out there freaking grooving man. i love it.
Никакого фальша, никакого пыхтения в микрофон сыграно и спето идеально какбудто играе фонограмма.
Легенды на все времена!
If I could only wish.....AC/DC SUPERBOWL HALFTIME SHOW!! NOTHING COULD TOUCH THEM AS THE BEST EVER 😄⚡⚡⚡
YES! For years I’ve been saying the same thing… it would be the best halftime show ever.
Set list:
-Thunderstruck
-Shoot to thrill
-Back in black
-For those about to rock, we salute you (with cannons of course)
OMG YES!!!
That would be great.
Oh yeah😁
Not poppy enough
