    I do think with that 3rd piece, you were so close to achieving that bloom look. With thin paints, it’s tough to get those pesky cells to keep their shape. All three were beautiful, Sara, I’ve no doubt you’ll achieve the look you’re going for.

    Wow, with the first panting I thought "this is got to be my favorite of the three, I've never seen an application of oil I love so much, it's incredible how she seemed to control it!" Then the second one I said "oh my! I love how the color looks likes it's busting through the negative space! Ok, THIS one will be my favorite for sure" then while you were tilting the third you were going exactly how I was hoping you would and the movement is gorgeous.... long story short, I'm confused and I don't know which I like best! All three beautiful and it's so much fun to watch you play!

    I absolutely love the shadow the translucent base coat provides. Each one is so good in their own way so no favorite here. Love them all. The color combination is amazing. Have you tried this using another color puddle besides what you did here? ❤

    I saw a beautiful light dark theme. It’s interesting you are using hair oil. The overall painting feels like peering through a rock face into a new world. Love it Sara ❤

    You're so right about blooms on a large scale! I love watching how you enhance each painting, I feel like I sometimes forget that I don't have to leave it as it is after tilting/spinning/blowing...these are simply stunning!

    Neither pearl nor bloom but somewhere else something new that's all you. I'm not sure what to call it. But they all turned out great and dried well too.

    Hi Sara. I am in awe of your craft. Your mind is truly unique. So glad you exist and we are fortunate you shate. Please tell me what is your black paint that it creates cells by you just laying it on top? Thank you Sandie from Canada

      Thank you, Sandi! I really appreciate that. I’ve been experimenting with different black paint, this is just artist loft flow in black. I mix at the same way I mix my regular, Pearl puddle, Pates with floetrol, Liquitex, and GAC 800.

    I do sort of love the look the coconut oil gives. When you use the coconut oil do you have to clean it before varnishing?

      I do! I just do some diluted Dawn dish soap.

    I use this oil on my hair……. It softens the hair and makes it silky and more manageable………. So let’s just wait and see what it does for the painting world. 🤗 🌹❤️

    DO you try to scrub the oil off the top when the painting is dry? ur is that not a convern? Love the technique!

      I do try to get the oil off before varnishing, just diluted dawn dish soap works great.
