Lauren thank you for these 10 minute workouts. I have really enjoyed them. The 10 minute workouts are always great when short on time to fit in throughout the day as mine has been this week. Ten minutes 3xs a day is a perfect way to do this.

Did the Cardio Abs, Upper Body and Leg workouts. Whole 30 minutes in one day plus 30 minutes on the treadmill. Yay! My doctor is going to be so happy with me when I see him next week. I've been doing 30 minutes to an hour every day. Some days I even have enough energy to put in 2 hours. Now I'm shooting for 10K steps, too.
I have now got myself into a routine with these now, 5min warm up - 10min arms n abs - 10min arms - 10mins legs. I feel so good, cream crackered of course. But none of these kill my knees which is fabulous, bonus more fat dropped more muscle tone gained and more inches lost so ty ty ty 🥰 Also on the next day I do the steps which is fun too!

Started watching your vids yesterday. Been doing leg stretches, have had knee injuries but feel that my strenthening needs to take it up a notch. Gonna start doing workouts with your vids. (In the 70's, my sisters & I would do aerobics with our Mom to tv episodes- what fun!) Glad I found your vids. Subscribed, & liking; looking forward to doing your Latin dance low impact vid!
Lauren, do you have a 10 walk segment for recovery from an injury? It just takes longer to recover from an injury but want to slowly get into my walking routine again.

Please mention osteoarthritis, not just osteoporosis. Knee problems will most likely be from osteoarthritis, not osteoporosis. Big difference between the two. You could have both, of course.....
