- Did you know that there are so many different tonics and their flavor profiles are so much different? I decided to taste 6 different tonics to determine which ones I thought were best to make the perfect gin and tonic or which I would prefer to drink on its own.

Hi Mr Vlad, I just recently pick up this interest, May i know in this video which Tonic water is value for money & which is the premium?
hi Vlad I’m a really big fan if you replied or hearted this comment it’d mean so much to me :)
Make pls vodka with honey
Can you mix every drink you like
@@coderugamer4700 nice idea
The shock on your face is so funny 😂 Don’t sleep on Canada Dry!
I love fever tree, but Canada dry is excellent
Canada Dry where I be usually flat
@@easyyeye I like the way you talk
Anything besides schweppes 😂
@@easyyeye are you from ny
Hey vlad, maybe you can add some price tag on the end of the videos so its not really confusing since not everyone in the us 😅. Nice video btw
Yeah no clue which one was the expensive one haha
@@Themidamultitool they're all about the same, around $3 a bottle, Canada dry is the cheapest one there at I think $2 or less, just some prices off the top of my head when I was shopping for tonic water at the local grocery store
@@Themidamultitool the winner was fever tree, you can get a 6 pack of it for about €9 in Ireland
Fevertree most expensive
@@frownaton600 but it’s pretty fuckin good
Love the positive vibes in these videos, keep it up!
For those that can't recognize/read them:
#1 Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
#2 Canada Dry
#3 Fever Tree Original Tonic
Honorable Mention: Q Tonic
Btw, yes Fever Tree is that good, but it is one of the most expensive ones. His comment about the Canada Dry being 'sweet' is probably due to it being the only one that uses high fructose corn syrup as it's sweetener (also why it's cheap).
Canada dry makes a damn good tonic water, ginger ale and sparkling water that are all great for mixed drinks
Cranberry ginger ale is GOATED
Dude fever tree’s ginger beer is BY FAR my favorite ginger beer, the spice is so nice 😌
Fever Tree is the go-to as a mixer. Not surprised at all it ended up twice in the top 3. I tried several and there are a couple decent ones but Fever Tree still beats all of them for most stuff.
Same. Fever Tree’s Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer is so good just on its own
@@MaverickRiou I buy the four packs just to sip on with pizza and burgers
I think the whole reason Fevertree’s drinks are so good is because they almost drown out the sweetness with other flavours
Good but overpriced, in France I can have a 1L bottle of as good as fever tree ginger beer for the price of the 20cl bottle
Love these taste tests, keep them up!
Fever Tree is definitely my go to Tonic
didn’t even get schweppes
Too sweet. It's an ok one but Fever Tree has it beat.
@@LeutnantJoker the dry one is lit tho
@@LeutnantJoker The Dry Tonic Water from Schweppes is awesome, I have it right here with a vodka, I love that stuff.
@@LeutnantJoker Fever Tree is way too much expensive
@@avyghn5324 I like the herbal the most then indian then the dry as last all 3 from schweppes XD
I think we were all surprised that Canada Dry did that well but we’re all happy
love your smile!
Mediterranean Fever Tree, my favourite 😍
I love your deep voice. If you start making asmr videos, ahhhh i will listen to your voice all day😍
Thank you!

I love his genuine reactions so much!
mediterranean fever tree is my fav too, very well balanced flavors :)
Have you tried their aromatic tonic? its so good.
But it's expensive as f 😖
You’re voice is as smooth as butter man, I’m so jealous, love the content
I can’t even drink yet (cuz I’m only 13) but I still love watching this guy’s content! Keep up the amazing work Vlad :)
Your voice is so good, you should be the host in a podcast.
As a Muslim, every time I see some new drink in your video, I just go search on Google if it’s halal or not. 😂
Hi Vlad, all the way from South Africa.. Do you mind making a south African drink?
Bro, love your videos.
Just one positive advice and one that I would much appreciate if you took… add the $, $$ and $$$ to your drinks when doing the comparisons so we know in fact if it’s worth or not the money…
We’re not all familiar with these brands 😊 thanks!
I fell asleep with this on loop last night so yw for the extra couple thousand views
I would fall asleep listening to this guy talk about tonic water
I grew up drinking tonic water since I turned six at my great grandmother’s house. Posh old New England lady who went to boarding school in England the 20s. I inherited an old sealed bottle of Boodles gin from the 50s or 60s. She always kept Canada Dry on stock even though she didn’t drink gin and tonics, it was my great grandfather’s drink. Now I usually pick up Fever Tree because I like the little bottles. Seems I inherited good taste as well.
Absolutely love this series
"is du mooost pupular drink." yeah that's sounds really good
The elderflower Fever tree to make a gin and tonic is one of my favorite drinks.
What a fun experiment to watch!
Funny enough with most beverages the production costs are the same across brands.
Selling it to the suitable market determines the price.
Make something with blue raspberry vodka!!
This series is really teaching us fancy doesn’t mean shit
Surprised you didn't do Schweppes!
Hahaha because it’s tooooo sweet, doesn’t even get a chance here
@@arturo5050 it's still better than like have of his list
Canada Dry's ginger ale with lemonade is a great mixer in my opinion
He is reading through my sould with his smiles😭
My husbands favorite is fever tree in the bottle , with the yellow on it . The first one you tried . The Q brand he hates which you liked . I guess it’s all taste buds I suppose . If we can’t find fever tree ( he drinks gin and tonics) then he prefers the small Canada Dry bottles as the bigger ones go flat quicker
Canada Dry mixes so well with a lot of cocktails. I also think they have the best ginger ale to mix with Jameson!
love the white nails def doing white next
Betty buzz is SO good. Their Meyer Lemon is also insane
Yeah doesn’t surprise me, Fever-tree is always the go-to and Canady Dry/Schweppes are the old-reliable.
Make an infusion with licorice, pretty common where i live. Although we just blend hard licorice candy into a powder and shake it in the vodka bottle lol
Fever tree slaps
Can't go wrong with the classics sometimes lol
Price tags on all the drinks would help a ton differentiating what's better to buy and for anyone outside of the US
Da king is back baby he neva miss
U should actually try make some drinks with royal club tonic
Fever tree is the best for sure, the light one in particular
Vlad, just come to Canada man. We can show you more eye opening drinks!
You should remake this video with mixed drinks because you can't really judge a tonic on it's own
The mediterranean tonic water was also my favourite, it has also a good citrusy taste
There's a reason why Canada Dry is so abundant. I don't understand why anyone would be so surprised that it's good.
The mechanism of quinine toxicity is believed to be similar to that of quinidine (See Quinidine and Other Type IA Antiarrhythmic Drugs); however, quinine is a much less potent cardiotoxin. Quinine also has toxic effects on the retina that can result in blindness.
My mam looooooves Fever Tree for her G&Ts!!
Excellent video
I wish we got Canada dry in Australia, when I was in North America I was loving it.
try this tonic cocktail: 40 ml gin, 30 ml lime juice in a highball glass with crushed ice, than add fevertree meditterrean tonic water
Cool video 🙂👍
I love fever tree, I drink it on its own.
They have fun flavors.
I love how surprised you look when you see what you've picked blindly.
I mean
I watch your videos the whole way through, so your videos keep getting recommended to me and they're all great
I also really like your voice
So imma subscribe 🫠
Fever Tree is the water I usually use for my Gin. It's amazing.
Yesss Canada dry is my go to tonic water. Can't beat it for the price!
Soothing voice 🤩
Oooo
I like the medals
In Germany we have this brand called Thomas Henry, their tonic water is the best I've ever had.
Canada Dry makes the absolute best ginger ale I have tasted. They’re amazing
My aunt loves Fever Tree. She says it’s the best one. She used to make Gin and Tonics
Canada Dry is actually fire, I think I'm the only person who actively drinks it
I love the Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
He looks like a Peaky Blinders character.
Dont spend extra
See vlad giving u one drink amd ENJOYY
BIG Midwest W for the Canada Dry
Fever tree has been a long time fav of mime
Fever tree is my personal fav
Vlad bro, I love your videos I mean you have amazing bar skills and a great knowledge of drinks, how do you keep yourself from getting a sore throat after all that ice and lime? I'd love to know because I wanna enjoy your drinks too, thanks 🥰
I always use that blue one
Gotta go with the classic Canada dry
Sadly my favourite tonic brand is missing from this video, Vlad, I encourage you to try a fentimans tonic!
I feel like Canada Dry and Seagrams are the standard tonic water to use as mixers.
As a tonic water lover(who drinks it on its own) I’ve always found that I can’t stand expensive tonic waters, though Canada Dry has started growing on me recently. Instead I find store brands to be the absolute best tasting. Noticeable the store brands seem to use the HCl salt of Quinine rather than the free base(though this might be a matter of labeling so I could be wrong) so I assume that might be the reason for the taste difference.
All look refreshing on any day, but defiantly love good tonic water
You should try three cents agean tonic and sweeps
Canada Dry legit is my go to every time
Dr. Polidori and Thomas Henry are also worth trying
Love his voice
You really should add prices to that so we know which is the expensive one and which is not
Wish you had mentioned the prices...that would have made it easier to follow along
My mo literally uses fevertree tonic water with her gin. She says it’s the bomb. So it must be
You should try nerd fused vodka
VINDICATION! I only buy fever tree for my cocktails and my friends think I’m crazy for spending extra money on them
Can you please do a video about Arak? It's an Arabian alcoholic beverage with a strong anise flavour. Though I've heard that the flavour isn't so subtle.
I have 2 big bottles of that Canada dry tonic in my bar😂, I don't know who bought it. But I have them and a giant grey goose I got for my birthday so I've been having that the past few weeks lol. My face lit up the same!🤣 I only buy bougie stuff like fever tree lmao
I like Schweppes diet tonic, with a splash of lime..on ice
My dad uses the Canada Dry in his gin and tonics
Bro what country are you from you sound so cool?
AMAZING
i use the blue tonic water its perfect
Fever Tree Mediterranean is my absolute favorite but stores where I lived stopped selling it. 😢 Rarer than hen’s teeth.
Me who buys CD tonic water to drink by the liter
Try fever-tree tonic it’s the best
