10 years ago I had many new rolls of Christmas paper that I bought at the dollar tree, more than I could use in several years. I took them to where my niece used to work… Which was a daycare, they had newborns, and kids Ages two years three years four years old. As I was driving there, I had my radio on and heard about this tragic shooting. That’s what I mostly remember about that day. And I can still see the little children’s faces from a People Magazine that I had! In 10 years what have we truly accomplished so that this never ever happens again? On the news today it said we have had more than 4000 shootings in the last 10 years… Many of them in schools across the country. This is devastating, absolutely heartbreaking… and that is coming from someone who did not know personally any of these children who have passed away. My heart is broken.💔🙏✝️

Today my daughter is a freshman in high school and my son is in 6th grade. 20 innocent angels never got their chance to go to middle school or high school. My heart forever hurts for these families. But really with all the issues people have to commit such evil all have one thing in common of those people who commit violent harm from public fights, road rage, to mass shootings, all have issue of losing their emotions leading to anger , resentment and the need to inflict harm as revenge. Those emotions we all have with a few , had. Starts when we 5 with tantrums later on resentment and the hate emotion to get back as revenge. It's so great that these parents never cried for their children. From the get go they knew how why etc and made appearances to educate all of us. Coincidentally they were all parents who skipped the pain and were ready to educate all of us how to prevent this from happening again. I certainly like that they never cried. But if I lost this heartfelt emotion from a parent who lost their child please educate me by linking a moment that any of these parents were devastated. I want to be able to feel their pain because I'm not a parent and I can't feel their emotions heartbreak and loss so I can feel them. I tried to find at least one parent that showed drained from the loss of their little babys from years since this happened and I never saw anyone broken. They all were conscious about guns etc from the first second this happened to their babies.

I enjoy studying all history including the awful school shootings. While i read I look for similarity between the shooters and if the shooters lived were their sentences about the same. What if any signals were given these shooters had including mental problems. I am not sure how to say this but out of the ones I have studied so far Sandy Hook has been the most confusing for me. I recall some news reports but it seemed me to that reporting on it was much briefer than many others. So Sandy Hook will be the one I won't delve into I am hoping that God feels it could break my spirit and be too much for me. All those families are much stronger than I am. Angels too soon

I would like to see someone shed some real tears, like Robbie Parker in his CNN press conference. When he came out of the building smiling and laughing with his entourage and started up to the podium. He stopped, took a deep breath, and started to cry 😢 talk. Was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. Should watch it. It's 18 min long, but you only need to watch the first 3 minutes. Read the comments, afterward.
