This dude deserves his own Red channel or whatever the premium service is just for the amount of quality content he's put out for free. Sponsorships, deals, you name it

I just got around to installing the ABS delete, and ABS pump removal, your video was a great help, especially concerning the pins on the ABS delete plug. As always thank you so much for taking the time to post these videos, for me it is like having a second set of eyes, as after i install I go back and watch the video again just to make sure i didn’t forget anything. The Ninja 400 is a much better bike without the ABS and with some stainless brake lines. Much better rider feedback. Happy New Year btw.

Happy New Year to you to Mark! Happy to help out, I agree the Ninja is a much better bike without the ABS on it. Thanks for watching! - Van

    Great video!
Love everything you do with ninja 400.
Great to have someone to show, how to work on the bike.
Keep out the good work. Great store by the way, just bought the aprakovic exhaust system for ninja 400.

If replacing a an ABS module on the 400 is any cpu programing required or is it straight forward remove and replace? Great video.btw

No need to do any ecu flashing with this. Plug and play. - Van

Hi what would be the best way to have a switch on and off system for using a steet legal bike and setting it up before every race day? Would it be leaving the module on and taking off the fluid lines between the abs and calipers? Thanks

This would be a lot of work to go through with very little reward IMO. I would just remove the ABS and ride it that way on the track and the street. - Van

does abs module delete without the abs delete kit effects the ecu or is it just abs dash light.

When you install this you will also need to remove the abs valve assembly and replace the brake lines with a non abs line kit. This will make sure the ABS light is off and the speedometer still operates. - Van

Van is there a ABS dongle for the 400 like there is for zx10’s that lets you disable it front or rear in the computer at startup? Or an easy way to disable the rear at home temporarily without taking things off? Thanks

FTECU offers one for the 18-19 Ninja 400 only. Need to follow up with them and see if that fits newer models. - Van

odd question about the ABS delete for a ZX6R. If you do the abs delete with the flash tune plug delete, will this cause the KTRC to not work as well or will it still work based on the wheel speed sensors? I'd imagine it would but not entirely to sure.

With the ABS delete you will remove the ABS but still retain any traction control etc... - Van

Another great video, I was looking to purchase this, clicked on the link and didn’t see it listed, searched for a while on the site. Is it available? Unlike the 400 ABS, i actually want the flash tune ABS delete...

Sportbike Track Gear thanks so much for the quick reply, in the Asian market they don’t offer the Ninja 400 without ABS and i didn’t want to have an error code showing up constantly. This video is great, not just the instruction, but this was the exact part i was looking for as i plan to upgrade the brake system on the 400. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos, i have a greater confidence knowing i actually know what has been done with the bike since i have been watching your project bikes, and it is really awesome that the aftermarket parts community are offering parts for the R3 and the ninja 400

I'm not sure about the 400 but I removed the ABS on my 300 and did have to use a delete/bypass accessory. The ABS light is alway on but that's it. Is the 400 ECU much different? You always mentioned the speedometer not working without the ABS Pump. I guess it's a whole different system from the 300

Yes the ABS system is different from the 300 to the 400 for sure. - Van

I have a ABS ninja 300 that I want to bypass. What make did you use to bypass the ABS on the 3000 as I like to buy it. Thanks

Please more videos about the Ninja 400. 👍🏻😇 Can you do a video about how to install the Radiator Guard and Oil Cooler Guard? I don‘t know how. I have both from R&G Racing. 🙏🏻

Why didn't you just buy a Non-ABS bike?
Cheaper, and 1 less thing to dick with.

We did a street build first followed by a track build on the same bike. The ABS model is very common on the street and I would be there are a ton of them that will find their way to the track over time. - Van

My Son Max is racing the STG R3 now and I plan to race with him on the Ninja 400 in a couple of weeks. Having done my first 100 laps on the Ninja I can tell you this is a ton of fun to ride on the track. Looking forward to taking it back out this weekend. - Van
