It’s kinda sad knowing that in the end, Enot was never able to find love. Just an existence filled with pain and suffering.
Inv's storyline is everything dark and depressing about Rainworld, cranked up to eleven till it becomes an absurdist tragicomedy. 😢

What about the good ending with Artificer where her children get reborn by inv's egg? It wasn't in these animations but it was a great ending for both
Edit: Just remembered, rivulet has a good ending with lots of love for Inv/Enot if you offer LTTM to cook your egg, so that's already 2 great endings.

I just noticed that when the slugcats pass by inv 2:21 you can faintly hear their voices from the previous episodes (I could barely make out Artificer saying "what could you possibly know about me?"). Such a nice detail.
And then saint just says “Gamer..”

I feel like i finally understand Enot no longer as a joke
The whole idea of Enot isn’t just a joke of “no bi*ch?” There greatest fear and punishment is eternal loneliness cursed to never truly have anyone as a lover forced to live the rest of their cycles lonely when the only things they desire were love and companionship

@@bloop284 No, the Rain World Downpour More Slugcats Dating Sim only has the five options that have been animated. North, South, East, West, and Down.
A select few mods, like The Vinki, also add paths to the Dating Sim, but by no means is Northflowo obligated to animate those.

All Inv wanted was to fine love, they took as many chances as they coud, but this...this was different, it was a fail like any other sure but it wasn’t just that, it was the end of everything and nothing, The Egg was not only broken but was ascended aka became non existent, perhaps it created an error of a thing that uncreates thing gets uncreated. Inv saw past lives and mistakes, and also memories of their younger self that they never remembered. And after that there was nothing, no Saint, No Inv, no egg, no nothing.
Because...in the end, sometimes, there is no sudden miracle in the story, and it's an unhappy ending for all...but maybe one or two (in this case, Saint.). So...yeah. Kinda makes me want to make an animation similar to this ending. But...with lore from my own thing.

The part where inv go through all her variations after saint ascended her egg was perfect
This was legitimately gorgeous. That entire sequence with pictures of the past reversed (WHICH ALSO SOUNDED REALLY GOOD?? WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THIS) had me staring in awe. When inv shed tears I felt moved. This has long since transcended shitposting and becomes something else entirely. Something sincerely beautiful.
Believe it or not, the track actually has a name. It's The Cycle, and it plays in Rubicon as Saint approaches Five Pebbles and Moon's afterlife can.

So saint obtains the egg huh?, this is potentially the only time in the Northflowo adaptation of the Dating sim game where the route in the adaptation is actually an Egg reality distortion ending one

it's like he *knows* that even as an Echo, this very thing could be the key to breaking free of both the Cycles and his personal timeloop, even at the danger of others...
and poor Inv just so happens to be holding it when entering his part of the timeline.
