I personally enjoy the darker, somewhat creepier style to warriors animation, everyone says kids book, but this is a violent series, and I love it. Great video

Firealpaca actually does have a onion skin mode and you can export files.
I personally don't really enjoy FireAlpaca's onion skin mode... something about how it looks + i often need to be able to view many different layers at once

I relate on a spiritual level to not liking subscription based apps and the like. Some are also kinda shady *AHEMADOBEAHEM* so the FireAlpaca and editing method seems a lot more preferable.
How do ya download firealpaca? It keeps saying it needs to have access to my computer when i need it for online classes
@@operaspaceopera my computer worked fine with firealpaca, and things like zoom. If you were given the computer strictly for online classes, I’m not sure what you should do
Krita and OpenToonz are completely free and won't burn your latop, and they're really good.

Krita gets a no from me, after months of using it, the audio now scrubs at any use. It's an unsolvable bug that other people have, too.
Krita is kinda- Nasty, at least for animation
OpenToonz is kinda hard to learn and can be glitchy at times but it's still a really great program. Krita would be better for like gifs, but can still be used for full videos, I mean look at Wingedwolf94's videos.
Both are pretty great programs.
Edit: I personally prefer OpenToonz.
Edit2: OpenToonz is not as glitchy as I thought, it's just complicated :') I'm not an *export* at exporting.

Yo just so you know (cuz i noticed you switching windows) firealpaca actually has a thing where you can add a reference to the side, in the same way that you have the brushes or the layers! Its one of the few software that I've found has this and its honestly a life saver! If you press window (along the top) you can add it

This looks amazing and I love the remastered version you've done! And its nice to know a way to animate, cause I jump back and forth between FireAlpaca and Krita and Krita can only take so many frames on my computer before the files to big and I cant animate or draw on it anymore, and I wanted to see if I could combat that with using FireAlpaca!

i feel you my laptop is also not good at all but a good completely free animation program is Pencil 2d they are always inproving it and i do recommend it, you can add audio to it change frames and just export your animation as a video without needing any other program it also has a built in camera layer where you can just move it around but i dont know much about that feature because i don use it much but it's worth checking it out!

Krita has a decent frame by frame animation set up, and it's free. I like the brushes and set up of Firealpaca better for actual drawing. Krita I use for figuring out what will happen where, export the frames, import them to Firealpaca, redraw them there, export the frames, import them to Krita and use its timeline and audio sync. They just recently fixed the exporting problem it had in previous versions, so currently it's all working correctly.
Wonderful animation by the way! I just wanted to let you know about Krita since you were talking about animation programs costing money.

Man, I always hate it when people cancel maps, like I understand why, but as an animator for specific maps it hurts seeing that mine and others will never see their parts put al together

I’ve recently tried out blender and honestly I really like it but? I’m not sure if it’s easy to run or not?? I’m also worried about my final animation glitching out but :,)

@Northflower, I recommend Krita, It's free and has tons of features, though It does crash sometimesss... But It's great overall!!

Anytime I’ve ever animated, I drew the frames on IbisPaint X, then slapped them into some editing program. I’ve only ever animated twice. I haven’t animated I made little while though 🤔🤔🤔

Flip clip it works perfectly and you can add as many friends as you want you can also zoom in and change the positioning and everything else you can also go back and edit one frame

A great free animation program to use is Krita. I myself haven't really learned how to use Krita but it's really good so I like it.

I would definitely recommend Clip studio, it's not a subscription pay. Still expensive but worth it
If you really wanted to try a good free animation program you could always try Krita, you need to download ffpmeg (also free) to export the animations but other than that its fairly easy and there's a bunch of tutorials for it!
