@@mickeygmx3114 I've been wearing my wedding ring to work for 25 years 15years of construction and 10 as a diesel mechanic I've never even come close to having it be a problem gloves usually cover it on a construction site and when I'm wrenching it's just not a problem although I did have it fall off one day while my hands were covered in oil and it took my like 15 minutes to find it in the engine bay

Износ такой что сколько в тазиках не полощи не спасёт, только один плунжер качает и он бедняга с ним борется, бьётся насмерть. Но у нас хэпи энд. Победил! Теперь одной колымагой больше. Покрасить, цепочки с низу и банзай.
Тоже заметил, как он крутит вертит) и еле еле отстроил, с погрешностью плюс минус литр)
Swapping the plungers around doesn't help either. With the fit machined to microns just touching the surface with your fingers wrecks them

Shouldn't quantities of fuel from all injectors be equal? At the end of calibration some injectors are 15 ccm and other 12 ccm. Engine will run uneven if that really was end result.

This actually looks like a neat and clean well equipped shop. These pumps cost a small fortune to buy. So I’m sure they are providing a service to their customers buy performing rebuilding services.
Sadly all combustion cars and trucks will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-(
In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025
on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.
And after disassembly it gets left on the healing bench
Those guys don’t even used gloves. I used gloves constants at work and it’s a waste only used one times and throw away. I used at lest 10-20 per latex of gloves.
Did anybody see any parts being replaced? Even the old rubber seals were reused! This was just a trough cleaning operation!

In the us in 1996 I paid $2400 to have the injector body replaced on a isuzu truck.
Amazing, on the test bench the injector pump sounds like an idling diesel.

It is a shame that such ingenious and professional people work in these precarious conditions, dirt floors, without any safety conditions, they repair everything with a hammer and tools made by them. The one with clean hands and spotless clothes is the businessman who exploits the poor.
You I can’t say it, the guy with the clean hands is called the “maestro” in South America, the “su phu” in Vietnam, I won’t overwhelm you with more languages. He is the guy who once had dirty hands and was smart and competent enough at the instruction of his teacher to carry on the tradition. Nobody here getting exploited, like the millions in Cambodia and Bangladesh, exploited to make your clothes for a dollar a day cause your shop only wants to pay $3 for a pair of your athletic shoes that you pay $150 for. SMH.

These guys know injection pumps. Looks similar to the Bosch IP in my 1980's M-B. Made by Zexel (Diesel Kiki) of Japan under Bosch license, with Isuzu investment, bought by Bosch in 2000. I've rebuilt engines and transmissions, but the IP is intimidating, since hard to check and adjust without a special machine like these guys have. Once you unbolt the shims under the delivery valves, you lose the factory settings. On the test bench, they run without the lift pump, probably supplying ~10 psig fuel from an external pump. Wonder why he kept swapping pairs of output tubes. To insure each test circuit gives the same flow reading? Looked about 20% imbalanced in the final flow tests, but perhaps an artifact of their test machine (why kept swapping tubes).
You mean when he turns it over? It's to drain the fuel out of the other ones and carry on with a new empty set of tubes haha

Извиняюсь, у Вас на микромитре есть сзади трещеточка, его нельзя затягивать рукой. Трищеточку три раза пороверни и будет вам добро и реже проверять КМДшками. Форсунок нет, налив крывой по плунжерным парам. Мой знакомый дизелисть ремонтируем ТНВД чуть ли не в белых перчатках. Все понимаю, у Вас нет всех условий инет достаточно средств на оборудование
У них компьютеров нет чтобы твои умные советы здесь читать.
да там мертвые плунжерные пары и форсунки стендовые они наверное ни разу в жизни не тарировали
