People would just log out after a while and you could just pick through their bodies once the framerate recovered. :D Those were the days...
So I'm wondering if you could have a base that is nothing but a TC in triangle honeycombs that each contain strobelights. That way each light is so expensive to turn off that it becomes a nightmare for the server. Even better putting them all over the place to cause chaos for the whole server.

While I can see how this can be seen as exploit abuse.... technically this is the server's fault as all they would have to do to is have the foresight that a maniacal and unhinged man would spend a concerning amount of time farming an abhorrent amount of (very valuable) resources to pull this off... then they could just whitelist the item with a per player limit. It's sad that griefing enemies to protect your base gets you banned. They need people like you on the dev team. "hey, let's add this component to the game", then you exploit it to the point they need to limit how many you can put on the map, nerf it or just pass on it.
Would you consider building 3 honeycomb monstrosities around Outpost, and putting 2,000 strobes into each if them? Link them all up, and out the switch inside a final base. At the sides, put two garage doors with turrets in them. If they switch it on, strobes go on, and the doors go up. But due to the FPS hit, they'll probably die before they can run out. And then people will attempt to run in to turn off the switch to stop the lag. As an added bonus, switch only turns on the strobes, there is no off switch.
Is there any way to connect the strobe lights to a switch? If you could control them remotely, using the rust+ app, your power would be unmatched. The ability to bring any PC to its knees with the tap of a button.
