Another absolute beginner here. Never used a sewing machine before. I’ve read the instruction book. Your video made me understand how the sewing machine operates; especially drawing up the bobbin thread. I never knew that the bobbin thread was on one side of the finished product and the top thread was on top. Seems silly saying it but I never thought about it. Also you’re quite funny. Keep it up:)

I can tell you some things to check. Make sure the needle has been put in right way round, with the eye of the needle and the groove own the needle, facing you. Also, make sure oh have really pushed the needle high enough into the shaft, before screwing up tight

This does have a needle threader. Its the white lever left of the needle that you pull down. ruclips.net/video/XNr9Yh7Dfgw/видео.html

@@StitchlessTV hmmmm i think its that my sewing machine is an older model. Its from my grandma and she is 95 and have had this one for a long time! She just gave it to me and i really cant figure it out. I think it all goes worng when im putting in all the threads. I prepared the bobbet (thats what i think its called) and everything went fine and then the rest came
I think the sewing machine is called Major hanome V jf1018 but honestly im so new that im not even sure about that 😅

Ok. Well it's probably a Janome sewing machine and if quite old, you could do with changing the needle. It is quite easy, we have a video in our beginners playlist. Take abreak from it and try again tomorrow. Good luck
