Would you want Wheeler or Yamamoto to make the Bruins?

Unless Wheeler really, really impresses, I'd prefer the lot they have. Personally, I would love to see Tufte, Merk, and FabianL bubble up. In addition, it would be a bonus if Poitras, Beach, Lohrei and Braz bring it with confidence and some.

    Great rundown.
    Thanks for the update.
I like the idea of Wheeler.
    Don't know much about Yamamoto
By this time of the summer, they know who's been hanging out at the beach and who's training...
But these guys have different roles than signed roster players. It's about keeping the position competitive, the practices up to game speed, the locker room.
So yes, they should be better than prospects to keep those positions competitive.
    Hockey vision.
I sort of like the Bruins record with pto's - Danton Heinan turned out to be pretty good, so it seems like they might know what's going on behind the scenes l this time of the year... who's in shape to play
    👍

Getting playing time for the Bruins- a team that typically wins more than they lose -is huge for a player...what they seek and need to get it going. We see it all the time...players making a name for themselves. Braz is a prime example. Now, Bruins fans mention him all the time, and he's never hit 30 (yet) in the goals column. Methinks the B's have a lot of these types in the background. A year can make a BIG difference to a player's development, particularly between 18-22. Meanwhile, some of the older guys retire and that 22-25 year old is playing against players (mostly) his own age and stature...no longer the small body versus the perennial tough guy. The B's have quite a few players with major upside. Let them play and see where the team is next year.

I like the videos. Bruins need speed. Yamamoto brings that for sure. At his size tho is he durable? I like Wheeler but you need to ask yourself about the Jets locker room over that last few years. There were issues, not sure if he was part of the problem but he did get moved.

That is a good point about the locker room as we all heard nothing but bad things. Heck the coach quit because of the players
