    I've been subscribed to your channel for a long time, but I just noticed that I wasn't anymore. You might warn people that YT is unsubscribing people and to check and see if they still are. Love you channel :)

      I’m not familiar with Photoshop Elements, so I can’t speak to its capabilities, but you may be able to find some tutorials online that will show you.

    Right I've been looking everywhere, how do you get the image from the page to the wood.

    • @Pyrocrafters

      Photoshop is my go to software because I can scale the image to the size of the canvas, then print in sections to fit.

    How did I get to this point in my life I havent a clue. But I make soap for a little side money. I figure if cleanliness is next to Godliness I might as well make soap. That led me to making soap slab cutters. I make them a bit different then every one else which allows the height adjustment to be changed really fast.
    Making slab cutters led me to engraving with a wood burner. The last one I made I made I burned my logo into it. Now I have to get a better burner.
    My point is that I traced my logo and I learned quickly I didnt like using a pencil. It indents the paper too much and the paper would have been useless. What if I wanted to use the paper more then once. I told my wife I needed one of those metal things that had a small ball on the end. She had hoarded some in her craft room and I used those.
    They work great if you want to keep the paper that you printed. They are called Mandella dot pens or something like that. They can draw really fine lines on carbon paper.

      Hey there! On amazon it's called a tracing stylus, (amzn.to/3hnl1m8) but it's probably one of those gadgets that has like 5 different names and everyone calls it something different. I have one, but I don't like the feel of the metal on paper. It gives me goosebumps, like nails on a chalkboard. LOL! That's why I use a pencil, it just feels better on the paper. But it does serve a valuable purpose in being able to reuse your templates again and again. Thanks for watching!!

    Hi! Leading is pronounced “ledding” like sledding. 🙂

    • @Pyrocrafters
      @Pyrocrafters  3 года назад

      I think so. It's one of those words I've heard people pronounce it both ways, so I'm not 100% sure which one is correct. But I've heard the "ledding" pronunciation the most.

    • @nancylohr2315

      It’s “ledding.” Comes from the olds days of setting type. Lead was placed between the lines of type to create the space between lines.
