In case anyone was wondering, these homes are in Audubon and the final “secret home” is by Drees Custom homes and it’s the Leighton Model on an 80’ lot. Hiding the community and the final builder is ridiculous. Also, no one believes you when you say that the builder doesn’t want you to share who they are, it’s free advertising. Drees actually has this model on their website when you look into the 80’ lots in Audubon. If you guys are this sneaky here on youtube I can’t imagine how you’d be as a realtor. I’ve been a subscriber to this channel for long enough to know that you used to be wide open and transparent, even going so far as to show the communities on google maps via screenshare in your home office. I get it, you’re trying to ensure people watch the whole video and use you when relocating to TX, but be better.
In a way, you can't blame them for taking this approach. They do all this work to do these videos, and they don't want people to go to someone else once they've disclosed all the information. People forget that it takes time to do all of these things in the video, drive to the lots (they're not close), film, EDIT, TIME... Be realistic.
Could you do a Lakewood forest house tour? I was raised there. Some really big houses, mansions to people in California.I miss some things of Texas. The motto- things are bigger in Texas is 👍 true. People are friendlier!😮
All the houses are beautiful but i think i like the 2nd house better. You guys are doing a good job, the jokes in between makes the videos interesting aside from d beauty of d homes.
When the video says it’s a secret area then it’s bad. Why the secret? What is the builder hiding? Flood zone? That first house aesthetically looks nice. However fire the architect. The layout made zero sense. Master bathroom was so narrow. Kitchen cabinets up high 11 foot? After the first house I stopped watching. I get it. Real estate wants to sell houses. But at the expense of pretending something looks great when it’s not. It’s been 1 month since I contacted this team to help me find a home and still no answer. Emailed and called. Nothing.
Hi Joe-Joe, Jackson said "builders will build what you want". I work from home, plus I am a therapist, 3 rooms will be used for study & office. I drew my plan 3 yrs ago, planned to build on Richmond land 1.5 acre lot, 2 homes next to each other (Social meeting, guest & mother in-law home 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with 2 car garage, 2000 sq ft). 3500 sq. main house 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, 3 car garage: FLOORS:Wood floors through the house, with the exception of ceramic tiles in living room, kitchen, bathrooms, washroom & sitting room. Question: Would your builder build on my private lot in Richmond? If there is a community, please reply with location, and name of builder. I prefer the larger home 3500 sq on Cul-de-sac, and 2000 sq house next door. What is the name of the builder? Nita
A lot of builders are already pulling back. Theres an excess of supply but it’ll correct. The 10 year is going down to 4% that will give housing a boost
I'm over it! This is the longest drawn out video ever. All the roof shots and angles changes. I'm surprised I lasted the 10 minutes wasted. This was simply annoying
It’s the word of God that preceded in this video I definitely want to work with you when buying my first home

LOVE the QUALITY of Sitterle!! So happy they are now building in the Houston area!
Sitterle is building the best quality homes in Audubon right now. other builders are good but they're cheaping out on the sheathing.

Maybe because of that flood and or that tornado they had in Houston, too busy trying to swim their way out of there 😅😅
@@keithborden4049 No flood zone! The Realtor would like you to contact them instead of going directly to the builder. :)
Audubon. Say the name.
I live in vancouver, if i sell my condo, i can buy a texas mansion...crazy
Where’s Waldo lol. I see the name on the wall and door mat.

Yes, Sitterle Homes builds on your own lot in Richmond. 😊
Waiting till next year these buiilders will be giving these homes away for the real world price. ❤
I’ve been hearing people say that for years. Prices still going up…. Those that quit waiting are the ones that made a killing.
A lot of builders are already pulling back. Theres an excess of supply but it’ll correct. The 10 year is going down to 4% that will give housing a boost
That is a delusion. Builders are starting to build communities to rent rather than to own because the buyer pool is so small due to inflation.
You say a Costco is coming to close to Audubon… where?
Hwy 249 in Tomball Area. About 12 minutes away.

You're in Texas and can't say Master bathroom?
Primary is the term mainly used anymore, due to implications of slavery and such 😅
