A few things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
audrey:“buns are so damaging”
me: *laugh in competitive figure ice skater*
lol tbh, i've learned that although somethings can be damaging, they can also be unavoidable. for example, if i have a lot going on, then i might put my hair up in a tight ponytail without even thinking. the best thing to do is to try and avoid these things, but don't break your back (not literally) trying to make it happen lol
@@AudreyVictoria ahah yess I agree I still take really good care of my hair even tho I can’t avoid putting my hair in tight bun cause it’s a sport that require lots of train especially in high level like mine, so i have to train every day and my coach is really severe on this stuff soo..😂
“The classic messy bun. And it’s extremely damaging..”
Me: slowly pulls rubber band out of my messy bun. 😅
🤣
true i stopped essy buns at night and sleep with it down now made a HUGE difference in frizz curls and breakage i kept wondering why i had so many fly aways it was from bun brekage
Lol same
I did the same 😂
"Aviod tying your hair up in damaging styles" me who used to tie a ponytail everyday for school: ☠
lmao i would plait my hair rigorously till my knees and tie it up in a double plait with ribbons and my hair would reek of sweat and coconut oil
@@thisyashashidhara3729 I r
Me tooooo
Bruh I used to put my hair in the highest ponytail (while WET)braid it so tightly and put it in the tightest bun with a shit ton of bobby pins. To this day I'm wondering how I wasn't bald 😬 my hair was hip length atm lmao
@@thisyashashidhara3729L HEHEFUHEUF WHEN I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL I PUT OIL ON MY FACE SO MY HAIR WAS ALWAYS OILY WITH THE HUGE SIDE PART I LOOKED SO GROSSSS LMAOO
My hair got healthier BECAUSE of air drying, wow
i guess it just depends on your hair type, becuase my hair looks better when it’s blow dryed.
@@aliujueta5286 samee
@@aliujueta5286 of course it looks good when you blow dry your hair but keep in mind that you are still damaging your hair. 😅
@@jamilija7914 i meant it feels softer. And when it air dries my hair feels more frizzy.
@@aliujueta5286 it's opposite for me. My hair looks and feels so much smoother when air dried compared to blow drying. Blowing makes is frizzy and feel dry
The steam pod is a game changer for me. Ive been waiting for it to come to the US and actually screamed when I saw Sephora carrying it!! I bought it at Christmas and I’m retaining SO much length. My stylist is always impressed how healthy my hair is because I always keep it straightened. Just remember ladies you have to use distilled water!
I fall victim to every of your hair care mistakes 😭
Tysm 💚 for the educational video
Giiiirrrrlllll. Your hairline is just... Perfect!
Girl can you make a video on all your favourite hair scrunchies, clips, tools, styling products etc etc! Would love to see that 💖💖
your hair before straightening is what i wanna achieve by spending hundreds of bucks getting a blowout, wow.
Right??? 😩 it’s perfection!
Yeah, I thought she had straight hair! Like why bother when it looks amazing like that?! I say as I used to straighten my hair almost daily all through high school and college
*ties ponytail up for workout*
Avoid tying your hair up in damaging styles - woops
lol don't worry, as long as you try to avoid it most of the time, then you should be good!
This helped sooo much!! Thank you 💖 also I love ur vids
I really really like the way you arraged the hacks❤❤always love your videos
This tool is freakin genius!!!!!🙌🏼
Thank you! This well really help me to know what not to do and I do usually air dry my hair because I don’t have heat protectant at the moment.

I love seeing your videos I learn a lot any recommendations or breakage on top ?? Thank you 😊
Love this video ! I guess it's similar to this, but can you do a video about how to stop/prevent hairloss ?
I love this video!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🦄
Air drying is the healthiest less damaging way to go
I have been living under a rock for awhile and as I’m coming back to social media I was watching some older videos of yours that led me to follow you because you were giving advice for psychology majors. Are you no longer pursuing that academic aspect in your life?
I used the scalp brush you normally use, not sure what I did wrong, it caused a lot of hair breakage.
I love it😍
So as someone who is type 4 I follow a good amount of your hair tips and they really work for me. I wonder if I could use that steam pod thingy in replacement of a blow dryer so I can straighten my hair in one step or will the steam make my hair frizzy 🤔
Silky hair love the hair tips
You have the most beautiful hair I've ever seen 💜
omg thank you! it took a long time of figuring out what works best for my hair and what doesn't
Ahh I want you hair😩it's so long and beautiful!

What is your daily hair care , like what you do in the morning ,what you do befor sleep🤓
She already made a video on that
@@desseres2982 thank you 🤓💕✨
Not that any1 cares but I usually do 2 French braids after washing its cute so I'll wear those all day and then when I wake up next morning it's soo curly toped off with Aussie hairspray

Can u try argan oil on ur skin for a week 💕
can you pls show us an updated routine of the hair products you use in & out of the shower ? i’m trying to decide if i want to buy the morracan oil shampoo
Hi. Loved your video!
I’m looking for the RUclips that video shows the steampod side angle and found yours.
Your steampod’s two plates do not line up together when they are closed.
Do you need to use a great deal of pressure to make them line up?
I got mine not long time ago and two plates don’t line up when they are closed.
I am not sure that is the default setting or faulty🤔
Thanks.
I keep watching your videos to save my hair 🥺🥺I used to have long healthy hair but now it’s dry and looking dead AND a lot of fall out so idk what else to do :(
I am putting my hair in a bun like every single day and I see some bad differences
My ends are really dry and it's so frizzy
But I hate leaving my hair untied like for myself it's annoying
Try a loose low ponytail with a scrunchie (scrunches are better for tying ur hair without damaging it)
sameeee i hate when i see my hair on the sides💀
I hate it when my hair comes to my face😶 and you can use a scrunchie or a hairstick or a pencil to tie your hair up.
Air drying unexpectedly made my hair was livelier and bouncier? Like, i thought letting my hair dry on its own won’t make any difference but i was completely wrong
When you have your hair in a messy bun while watching this: 👁👄👁
You can put your hair in a bun without damage by using a hairstick (i use a pencil cuz where i live everyone uses a hair tie.) It doesn't make your hair tangled and it stays the whole day.
You are so pretty 💁🏻♀️✨😙
thank you!
I love your vids and I’ve been looking up a lot of the products that you and they are a little on the pricier side do you have any dupes for the products you us for all us ballers on a budget 🥰
My hair started growing pass by boobs when I stopped dying it, combing it, and washing it everyday. I dont use heat products in my hair and I dont use hot water to rinse my hair. Drink plenty of water and take biotin vitamins daily.
New things Im started to do is use clairfy shampoo and putting my hair in a bun. Im getting a bald spot lol
how long did it take you to grow your hair past your chest ??
Hair fall treatment plz.😭😭
I thought it would be boring but it was interesting
the only tip I use to stop hair fall is not combing it....when you comb only your hair falls off. lol
When I swim everyday(in summer), how do you protect your scalp and hair etc.?
I have heard of applying hair oil as water resist oil😉
Bought a shampoo brush and it is game changing. 🌻 Thank you for the recommendations. My scalp says thank you. Lol. Would a T shirt also help as a hair towel?
Yes
a t shirt would work perfectly! and yes, the scalp massager/shampoo brush is amazing
How is a shampoo brush help?
@@clboymom9467 it helps to lather up the shampoo or something lolz
Is the brush recommended for people with hair loss, specially in the shower?
Tight ponytails are damaging, wow my 8 year old self always put high tight ponytails to school EVERYDAY
How often do you straighten your hair?
your hair is a gorgeous color. is it natural or did you dye it?
You need to specify how letting your hair air dry is more damaging than blow drying, cause I swear it’s the other way around
It is air drying is how you should dry your hair because it avoids heat and is natural I’m guessing she said it’s not because of fine dust
@@emris9965 you can blow it on cold temperature , leaving it wet can make it break bc you sit down and do things and your hair touches stuff and it's just very fragile when it's wet
@@may3u but blow drying hair on low heat just makes your hair more prone to frizz. Like you said your hair is fragile when wet, but when blow drying, your hair is flailing around like a wet spaghetti noodle ( no matter what heat level ). So either way you will have damage to your hair and split ends. Honestly air drying is still better, in my opinion.
Your hair is at its most vulnerable state when wet. It breaks off easier. One tip not mentioned was sleeping on silk or satin pillow cases as well. Less friction means less damage from tossing and turning.
Heat is damaging..The constant pull using a brush
Reasons why I can’t tie up my hair
School: you have to tie up your hair
Rhythmic Gymnastics: No bun no routine
Me on the weekends: I’m freeeeee!
If you need to do buns but don't want the damage, I suggest buying a hairstick. You are able to put your hair up with no tension, no damage, and it stays in place all day 👌
@@ollie1753 I use my pencil instead :^
Ok this is really off topic, BUT GIRL YOUR SIDE PROFILE IS GOALS.
Where is the claw clip from?? I love it
Amazon💗
Question about protective hair styles. How should i put my hair up when working out? cause if i put it in a claw clip it will come out suupppeeer easily. Also how do u have ur hair when u go to sleep??
Try dutch braid or french braid or just a simple braid. It will keep your hair healthy and there wouldn't be any tangles and you can use this hairstyle for sleep too.
Hey, where did you buy the hair clip?
Can’t find it anywhere… 😕 (in Europe btw)
I use hair dryer and straight iron daily on my bangs to style them 😶no other option
Where did you get the claw clip from?

I have to to a pony tail for cheer
How to get thick voluminous hair If my hair is very fine and wavy?
Uhm I have been putting my hair up in a pony tail every single day and I have been doing it for 4 or 5 years now 😳
ive been doing it my whole life 😭
Can someone please tell me which hair brush was she doing
What style do you do for sleeping ?????
i usually just do a really loose bun on the top of my head
What shampoo do u use
I use ricewater and my scalp gets very oily quikly should I stop using it?
Hi Audrey should I sleep with my hair down or with my hair in a low pony ???
Either is fine but use a silk or satin pillow case. Anything else will break hear as you toss and turn. The silk or satin creates more slippage. If your hair is long, braid it at night or you can put it in a clip on top your head. You can wear a silk hear wrap too. Kind of like a plastic cap but made od silk or satin.
wheres the clarifying (idk how to spell it!) shampoo from?
I believe she uses neutrogena anti residue shampoo
