@@M3LTr1 Well it took 2/3 months for me. I faced heavy hairfall for 2 years, but then i started oiling my hair, taking vitamins and changing my shampoo and applying after wash argan oil.

Sometimes I just go in to see her gorgeous hair, and this routine gives me a nice relief and makes me smile. I start taking care of my hair and my whole body. I love her so much.
How often do you do the rice water treatment?? It would be soo cool to see a monthly layout of when you wash, use rice water, clarify throughout the month and what you are using at that time. Thanks Audrey!!

I just want to remember everyone that the basics for hair health comes from with in, so keep that diet balance people! 😜 Also I totally recommend applying a few drops of oil on the lengths before you wash it. Just a small quantity everytime, in a way that's doesn't height down the hair. I've done this with castor oil when my hair was super dry and frizzy, helped a lot!

What I love about your videos is that it all looks DOABLE and PRAGMATIC. The harsh truth is that every one of us is busy AND most of us are on a budget. AND, we have work, families, obligations yet we still want to look our best. I really appreciate how you not only share the products you use but offer alternatives as well. And, this might sound strange but I kind of really like your somewhat monotone voice as well. :) I dunno, it sounds serious, like you mean business and it makes you sound sincere as well. I have kind of had it with all the fluctuating voice tones that many influencers love to use these days...

Protip: when washing your hair, either with your fingers or a shampoo brush, do side to side motions instead of circles--circle motions tend to tangle the hair more.

The style you wear your hair to bed in is very common in the Dominican Republic, we call it a "Tubi". I am not saying Dominicans invented it, I really don't think they did but, it literally is a blow out saver!

I personally use 2cups rice to 4cups warm/cool water, let it sit 2 hours! I use Dream Length S & C 2 xs weekly. I put Castor oil, Vit E oil & argan oil on my hair(leave on overnight). My hair is waist length(Nature Bounty Hair 5000mcg 4 cap-daily)..

I absolutely love castor oil and argan oil. I like to mix the two together so I can better distribute the oil throughout my scalp. I like to use coconut oil for my shaft but I do have to use sulfates to get the oil residue out of my hair.

I’d love to see a shampoo bar review from you! I feel like you’d have a really interesting perspective, as most videos reviewing them I’ve seen are either professional hair people talking in detail about specific ingredients etc, or eco-friendly people rating it’s longevity, packaging etc, and neither of them end up going into detail about the actual lived-hair experience of using the products.
i actually just tried the charcoal bar soap by basin! i absolutely love it. lathers perfectly, very easy to apply!
When you do these steps, it may help reduce hair fall, like it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by washing it frequently. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with liiitlleextra coocoonino shampoo. Apply the oil to your scalp 2-3 times per week. After cleansing your hair, gently pat it dry with an soft towel.
I wash my hair Thursday’s & Sunday’s too!☺️
